The staff replied promptly to my shuttle questions. When I landed I knew where to go and what to do. The front desk, night and morning, were friendly and treated me like good family. They took time out to help research my train connections too. The room was quiet, nice linens, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, balanced breakfast. The environment felt safe for a solo traveler.

I didnt plan enough time to use the fitness room. There were not afternoon shuttle options. I would rather have hung out at the hotel than half a day at the airport for the next connection.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers courtesy shuttle from and to the airport. Although only until 10 pm. Nonetheless, since it is located so near the airport, the uber is really cheap. Room was very spacious, with amenities included (free) like a Keurig coffee machine. Bed was really comfortable and shower worked perfect too. Breakfast is self-served with tons of stuff to choose from. The staff was very kind at all times.

A friendly and helpful staff, a nice general room to prepare some snacks/food, a computer to use for guests in the lobby. Cosy and homely.

I like the free shuttle service to the airport, but they could improve the times when it is available. The break between morning and evening service is too long.

Need mini fridge & microwave in the room. Located in an industrial neighborhood. BART station too far to walk to.

Check-In staff person was very helpful, kind and professional. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Were happy overall with our stay.

When we arrived for our late check-in, there was no parking left in the parking lot. We were able to find a spot on the street, fortunately.

It’s the people who work for this property has made this property likable. Every employee is an example of customer service excellence by him/ herself. However one name always did and would come to my mind is the fro t office executive MS.Alba. She is an example of how to create the wow moment everytime for their hotel clientele but she knows the real meaning of customer service and how to further enhance that service. Into a great customer experience.

I loved the location and that it was close to the airport and still easy to reach SF with can or public transportation. The bus stop is a few minuted walk. Stuff was really nice and helpful.

-They are charging for parking. -Because of Covid the airport shuttle didn't work (but they called a taxi for us❤️) the laundry was not working and the breakfast was kinda poor. But I believe normally it would have been all great.

The staff was so helpful and willing to satisfy my needs in the best way possible. Thank you so much!
