the shuttle service is a shambles. There are many Hilton shuttles and no easy way of knowing which one is going to which Hilton hotel. I credit myself with average/good level of intelligence, and despite asking all the drivers that came through that displayed a Hilton badge on their bus, I still ended up being dropped off at the wrong Hilton because I took the wrong bus, and then had to pay out of pocket for a taxi. The receptionists I spoke to confirmed this is a regular occurrence. It wouldn’t be tricky to make this far easier for customers. @Hilton: pull your finger out and address it.

Everyone was friendly esp. the gentleman who helped me with my check out. He found a way to find change for my cash payment and helped reverse the credit card charge. The restaurant staff was friendly and smiling too. Room was spacious and clean. It's close to the airport and it has a free shuttle.

There were little insects/bugs flying around while I was dining at the restaurant. The seafood rigatoni was good with generous serving of seafood. However the pasta sauce was diluted that it looked like a soup. I wanted caffeinated options but my room only had decaf coffee and tea.

Check in was difficult and frustrating the guy was rude and kept asking for a pin to pull up my reservation. I told him i didn't know what he was talking about. I asked him if he could find the reservation with my ID he said no (that he asked for first off) and then asked for a 5 DIGIT PIN AGAIN. It after midnight. So, he is saying he can't find it then finally he said let's try your ID now he pulls it right up like it was a huge waisted of time I was super tired and stood there way to long.

Hotel and room were very aesthetically pleasing. Right by the freeway was nice since I was working in SF and SJ so it was an easy commute either way. I liked the ambience of the restaurant/bar. Drinks were delicious and there was a vegetable/shrimp appetizer with a plum sauce that was delicious. The shower was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. TV was huge and fridge was convenient. I liked that there was a safe and I also liked that you could request housekeeping instead of them automatically coming into my room. I’ve had past experience where housekeeping have woken me up at other hotels so it was nice not to have that happen. I liked the lotion in the bathroom and the fact there was a keurig. The little store downstairs was nicely stocked and items were reasonably priced.

The bed was a little loud if someone was to gyrate. I brought a chromecast and a fire stick with me to connect to the TV. I had trouble getting them connected to the wifi since I had to login. Not sure if there was an easier way for me to connect devices. Overall, pretty minor inconveniences.

I liked the bed sizes and the bathroom layout. It was my first time staying at this hotel so I was a bit confused on where the entrance was but I was able to find it, and I also enjoyed the parking. I felt that my car was safe and I could rest well knowing this.

I got a little lost trying to find my room or an elevator, if someone said to take the elevator then I might not have heard but that would be my only dislike.

best bang for your buck hotel. It has the amenities needed to get your day started. It’s surrounded by a lot of groceries and store which is very convenient.

That it’s located within the industrial side of South San Francisco. Its quiet for the most parts and very safe but gets underlooked by the amount of empty industrial buildings.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Great room. And who doesn't love a warm cookie! We decided not to go out to eat and had a really nice dinner at the in house restaurant. It was great food and fantastic service.

Even though we had to pay for parking, it was convenient and close to our room.

Everything was good except for the windows.

Window quality is way too low for the location at the airport: sound cancellation is not even zero, its minus. Its not the first time Doubletree has this windows problem. Everything rest is very good. So they need to do windows renovations.

Room was comfortable.

Not enough general lighting. Only task or ambient lighting. Had an ahi tuna salad from the restaurant, the tuna was grey brown and not very appetizing looking. It tasted fine but made me sick later. Couldnt figure out TV system and there wasnt any information about hotel services in the room.

I wish the was more to it. For instance, a pool to enjoy while at the hotel or breakfast. The price I pay feels like it should have a little extra to it. But the place was clean and very nice rooms. Thanks
