The big fridge and microwave. The cleaning staff cleaned out the sink and opened the plug so stuff would go down. The security guard on duty was comfortably . It was clean and when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. Having free parking available.

I requested an shower chair for my friend to use in the shower at least 2 weeks ahead of time and the person who I talked to knew I hadn't booked an disability approved room. Unfortunately when we checked in. I was told that there was no shower chair unless you booked a disability room . I had made the reservations about 45 days before we were set to go. There was no one at the front desk when we had to check in. I wasn't told how to.use the key cards.

The staff are absolutely amazing. I am always treated amazingly, efficient check in/out, rooms are always clean! For the most part always find parking. This property is located right by airport and only 12 mins from the city (without traffic). All in all will always be back and they do a great job not over pricing! Unlike many properties in the area. Thanks again!

The walls are thin regarding all noises. If your a light sleeper might pose an issue. Wifi connection is either great or non-responsive. HK needs to wait until after 11am to start knocking on doors and entering rooms for cleaning.

Staff was very helpful with all my requests. Bed was real comfortable and slept very good. Small amount of street noise but not an issue. Maid service was very nice. I drank the water from the faucet and it was very good water (taste wise). Cost was very good for the comfort.

Location was a little far from things due too I was walking but the local transportation was good so not too many issues with that. As far as didn't like I would say that there was no issues in that category. The hotel was a distance from a good restaurant but I did enjoy the walk. Many homeless in the area but they were not an issue. They all seemed good to talk with and get another prospective of life.

Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was great for the place to stay overnight.

A staff told me when I called that you don't provide a shuttle from the airport past 9pm. Found out later that I could have gotten a taxi voucher. Ended up paying extra for a ride when I expected to receive a shuttle ride when I landed at midnight.

Everything else is just fine. I stay here a few times a month. I really like the staff and the rooms. Little to close to the freeway, but not bad. My problem is that I come here to rest for a couple days. And with that security there isn't any peace and quiet.

The low budget security they have is the worst. They talk down to the guests and spend most of their time in a room on the 3rd floor making noise all night. Unnecessary noise like slamming doors and talking to loud. And they seldom walk around to check things out. They are usually hiding behind cars hoping to arrest someone for something. When actually if they would just let their presence know that would probably be enough. They seem to be uneducated. And they won't answer a direct question. They say it's too secret. They are a joke . And in my opinion not good for that hotel. Because they want to approach people like they are crooks not all of us are.

I liked the location and convenience of it and housekeeping, i come back and bed is made and fresh towels :)

The bed was a little uncomfy, it wasn’t as firm and the floor wasnt swept enough when i first got in. a lil loud at night bc of motorists.

The bathroom.

I received a smoking room which was okay, but It was nasty; the walls had old cigarette smoke on it , I had to clean it. They have security guards in the little parking lot; that act like cops; making sure your car doesn't get broken into. Dont know why the neighbor hood is not dangerous.. The bad part is being so close to the freeway at night when everything goes quite you can hear the cars. The room had a beautiful shower. It had direct TV. All in all it was okay. Lastly I had a late check out but the front desk said i had to be out at 11:30 am.

The rooms did not feel like a hotel room it felt like a small apartment. Iv been traveling for awhile , and this was the first time I felt like I was in my own room at home.

There was nothing bad I can think off.

The staff greeted me with a smile. Beds and rooms are clean. Hotel easily accessible from highway.

The hotel is a little beat up. My room had a hole in the bathroom door and the ironing board was broken.

The room was beautiful!! It was also very large in comparison to its competitors!! An exceptional bang for your buck!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great nights rest with or without their family!!
