The breakfast was just ok… but the service that came with our breakfast was exceptional
The fact we had to pay for parking and taxes for parking was ridiculous and wasn’t even told we had to pay for parking… was just given a parking permit and told to put on our car

The room was great, the staff took care of us and delivered us a cot for our baby right away, even with our late check in.
Despite having an indoor pool, the water were pretty cold and our kids did not enjoy staying in it much. Was expecting a warmer water temperatures for sure. Especially since there's no hot tub to accommodate it. In the pictures it was not clear if there is one or not. Could post better pictures of the pool faculty so it would be definitely clear there isn't one. Except that everything was great!

We stayed one night, so here are the good points of our stay: - Room super clean and big. Looks like a brand new hotel. - Close to the airport, so it is very good for an overnight layover.
- Cost-benefit. Besides it is a good hotel (modern and very clean), it is pricey for what it offers. - The location is far away from the tourist spots of San Francisco. It looks like this hotel is very useful if you are travelling to work in one of the buildings of the companies located in that neighborhood.

Location was fabulous, especially with bay view room! Atmosphere was sleek, sophisticated, modern, clean and refreshing! Loved the lavender-vanilla scent inviting us in when we arrived in the lobby. Facilities were extremely clean and well kept. Amenities with equipment for outdoors activities was a plus! I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was comfortable, well-designed, and spacious! The amenities were modern and functional, the room was very clean, and the TV offered complimentary HBO and showtime.
The sink was a bit "form over function", as the water didn't properly pool into the drain and it drained slowly. There was also no microwave, which would have been a nice convenience, but it's not a deal breaker.

Ease of check in and check out. The hotel was spotless and all employees made eye contact and said, “hi”. The room and bathroom design and decor is functional, minimalist and relaxing.
Can’t think of anything. Except I have a Marriott account and could t book this hotel to earn points because it was a better deal on booking dot com. ;)

I personally like everything about the hotel, especially the location. The breakfast is also good and the servers are super nice and funny.
The night manager could be friendly and should learn to stereotype discreetly. She kept her eye on us every time we walked by the lobby. Like we were doing something wrong. Kind of disappointed to have felt like that. Especially because we are a very respectful, educated, paying family.

The View from my room was Gorgeous watching the Sunrise. Staff was Friendly, the Bar was Awesome! Didn't the chance to see the Pool Area, will do that on my next visit.
There wasn't a Seating Area for Smoking. Some of the prices for Water and Snacks was a bit Outrageous.

Bar and staff were very nice. We had breakfast and it was very good. Expensive but San Francisco is expensive. The room was wonderful.
Only bad side was the pool was very small and it did not seem clean. And I wish they also had a hot tub. But this seems to be an area where families are not traveling it's more for a business. But we were there to do the touristy thing in San Francisco but it was also only 10 minutes from the airport which we had to be at early the next morning.

I loved the outdoor amenities! basketball, table tennis, horseshoes… all you have to do is ask the front desk for the balls etc. great location, close to ballpark and airport. best ice machines EVER!
