Very comfortable bed and very clean. Nice and quiet with free shuttle to airport - nice drivers.

It took over a week for me to get a reply to my message sent 2 days before my arrival. I am a senior female travelling alone and I was asking about the shuttle - main concern was that I would be safe and know what to do and where to go to pick up. Not acceptable for delay of a week for reply.

The hotel beds were big and comfortable and everything was clean. I loved the shower and that amenities like shampoo/conditioner and body wash are provided. The products were great and smell really good. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. The lounge area was fun with a bar and pool table. I didn’t get in the pool but it is big and looks great.

Our room was small, especially the bathroom. It was a tight fit for a family of 4. Also, the breakfast items are a little pricey but it’s convenient if you need to get something fast. There is a major coffee chain store and grocery store across the street so there are other options.

Nice position very closed to LAX apt, ideal fro my early morning flight. There is twice in an hour a free shuttle bus that drops you in LAX in few minutes

The front desk lady wasn’t the most welcoming. Despite the customer service team providing a written guarantee that we would have breakfast for 4 people, the front desk staff still questioned it on arrival and I needed to provide written proof. The hotel needs to fix the reservation system to align with booking.com prices and inclusions. If there are 4 people booked for a reservation, it makes logical sense 4 continental breakfasts are included. We were initially told by the Hotel after we had made the booking, that only one breakfast would be included.

This is a very nice airport hotel with frequent shuttles and ample parking. We booked a room with two queen beds, and the room was very spacious with comfortable beds. There was complimentary water bottles in the room and even though the hotel is next to a road, we didn't hear any noise. The staff is very helpful and shuttles depart every 20-30 minutes to LAX. They will wait for you if you ask them to, the drivers were very nice as well. The hotel has a big parking lot that you can enter/exit as you please. There is also a very nice, big pool area with plenty of loungers. Overall, it was a very good choice and we were very comfortable on our last night in LA.

The hotel didn't have a lot of breakfast options, however the front desk recommended a nice spot only a 5 minute walk away. There is a small shopping center across the hotel with some more options. The door to the bathroom is a sliding panel, so there isn't a lot of privacy if you're traveling with friends.

The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, are so welcoming and kind. The hotel has a fun vibe for a family and for friends looking for a place to hang out. It transforms at night into a very relaxed but trendy bar/lounge. Day or night, the lounge and pool feels luxurious. the beds and pillows were perfection, my toddler slept in for the first time ever! The rooms are also VERY clean. They must have a thorough checklist and quality control team because I couldn’t find a single fault.

We arrived at the Aloft two days ahead of our cruise and stayed near the airport for the convenience of the shuttle and to avoid the expense of renting a car. We were extremely surprised that the area was so nice. There are some good places to eat, a grocery store and a pharmacy all within a block. We walked into the cute village of El Segundo twice and to El Segundo Beach once to discover the lovely miles-long walking path along the shore. The staff was very helpful with directions, change for the laundry, and suggestions. The bar tender was very friendly as well.

It was cold in the main dining, sitting, reception area because the lobby door stayed open most of the time making it very difficult to enjoy sitting for a drink or snack.

Very nice and friendly people. This is a good option before or after a flight. We really appreciate late check out, as our flight was delayed. Tnx! Shuttle to the airport was convenient too. The outdoor pool is great. If you have a car, it is close to Manhatten beach. No public transportation

The bathroom is really nice and spacious, but the door in our room, 2nd floor, does not close really (moving door, not a regular one). It is an issue if your privacy is important to you. Breakfast - if you want eggs, you have to add 10$ per person, which we find odd in such a hotel. The hotel is on the highway and you have to walk 0.5 mile to cross the street to the restaurants area, mostly fast food.

The quiet rooms - even though near the airport, you couldn’t tell. The beautiful pool, perfect temperature and lovely outdoor relaxing area. The fitness centre, well equipped and clean. Right next door to the supermarket which is so handy.

A few hairs on our bed (not ours) when arrived, also in the shower and bathroom. Check in lady a little rude but other ladies on the desk made up for it as they were lovely.
