Initially, I was put in room 310 but I requested a different room because the phone cord did not fit into the wall because it was damaged. There was no hot water and the carpet smelled of old, wet pet hair and smoke. The fixtures in the bathroom needs to be updated. I did love how the staff immediately responded to my issue and changed me to a room without carpet and there were no pet or smoke odors. I can't recall the young lady's name who helped me move my items to a different room but she and Joshua were exceptionally friendly, pleasant, efficient and professional. Their positive attitude is the primary reason that I would consider staying here again but definitely not in a carpeted room. The housekeeper also does a great job keeping the rooms clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the heating system was great, the neighbors were quiet, it is in the perfect location with a Ralph's supermarket less than 100 feet away, In and Out burger and El Pollo across the street, convenience stores and Manhattan Beach/ Redondo beach is only a few blocks; LAX approximately 2 miles but in Los Angeles traffic, make that 30 minutes

I didn't like the carpet and I don't particular like the shower heads because they don't allow one to turn off/pause in order to conserve water.

Room was clean and quiet. It was nice location, off of PCH/Sepulvuda. Conveniently next door to Ralph's Supermarket and across from strip mall of restaurants/businesses. We used bus/rail to get around. Bus stop for 232 right in front of hotel (took it from LAX city bus terminal) and same bus goes up and down PCH to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach area. Down at end of long block on Mariposa is the Green Line C for MetroRail (not many riders, do not use alone at night). Note of caution, all areas on inner blocks off PCH are very lonely, desolate after 7 pm since they are all business warehouses/headqtrs. Advise to walk with other people, not alone.

Housekeeping did not come in to straighten up room during my 2 day stay at all. But understandably, I realize the hotel was fully booked and critical staff were still short due to pandemic. Breakfast was just coffee and muffin/cereal bar setup in lobby, so don't expect much. It was quieter area than I expected since mostly businesses off main drag. Definitely walk and travel in groups if possible, especially if you are using public transportation.

The property is located in a beautiful location, close to the restaurants, the beach is not too far, and the LAX airport is within 10 minutes.

Breakfast did not meet my expectations, too limited options on the grab-and-go.

I loved the location, lots of parking near my room. The room was comfortable and Everything, worked.

I didn't like the limited TV channels. I needed that more than anything. I though I was in non smoking room, i didn't like smokers right outside my door. I also,caught a young guy staring through my windows of my car, and that made me very I comfortable

Didn’t have breakfast but the location was great. Not far from everything we needed.

Our checking was past the time they said the rooms would be ready. The staff made every effort to check us in as soon as possible.

I like the location..

You have to be sensitive to the needs of persons w/ disabilihes.. I have difficulty in walking. I arrived w/ 2 luggages but was given the farthest room at bldg 3 w/c is also farthest from the lobby.

transient, someone tried to open my door one night, the next day in the morning the GRA almost walked in at 7 am, when I confronted her she stated I wasn’t supposed to be in the room, in reality I had the room until 11am.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Everywhere that I wanted to go to was only about 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

I liked the room having a full kitchen, but there wasn't any pots or utensils in the kitchen for use so it was a little futile to even have a kitchen.

I love this location itscclose to everything just wish it was not so expensive but I'm also OK cause the weed smokers dot come here .

No where to park but it was free so whatever

Room was good and the room I stayed in was quite. The location is good as there are many options for food and delivery and Ralph's is right there in the same parking lot.

Actually It was good stay as I have been here on work in LA and staying with you guys for over two months now.
