For our purposes we needed to be close to LAX as we arrived late and tired. The hotel is serviced by a complementary shuttle bus. Carl at the front desk was very helpful with providing information. Thanks

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet, barely any airplane or guest noise to be heard. Room layout very comfortable. Bar dining was good, more items would enhance it though! Pantry market was good selection. LAX shuttle easy and convenient. Plenty of nearby airport parking lots nearby. Hotel was clean, safe, secure and well staffed.

The bed was hard. No microwave in room, perhaps a more conveniently located microwave on each floor in the vending machine /ice room? A trash can in room(not just the bathroom) would have also been helpful.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, ample towels, stocked coffee/tea station, good bedding and towels, good light-blocking curtains, food availability in a.m. Easy to check out with fast e-delivery of receipt. Nice front desk staff.

Need to provide a trash can near desk and one near bathroom/toilet. Display prices on Store items, such as bottles of water. Update elevators so the color scheme does not imply it is a service elevator - carpet is dark and dirty, walls are greyish. Use a less industrial color scheme or add decorative touches in elevators.

The hotel is close to the airport terminals. They provide shuttle services to each of the terminals. Shuttle runs every 20-30 min. The driver of the shuttle is very kind. He pretty much helped all those passengers with large luggage without expecting a tip from them.

The staff mending the check-in counter are not friendly, cold attitude, definitely not suitable to be at the front counter. There was no bottled water in the room. You need to purchase it from the little shop next to the reception and it is super expensive.

Great location as the hotel and room was fairly quiet and relaxing. Also the distance from the airport was not too far. Staff showed excellent hospitality and was very helpful in providing answers to my needs and concerns. Room was clean and spacious.

Majority of the room was clean and fresh. However, there was a stain on a certain area of the carpet in my room. No smell was given off of it which was good.

Excellent location, close to LAX with shuttle service running all the time. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet and roomy, and bed very comfortable. We had a layover of 36 hours, and the were able to extend our stay for several hours to enable us to go to Santa Monica for the day, then have a short sleep and make our way to the airport in good time. Excellent option!

We thought the drinks and food were very expensive! Everything else perfect for us.

the amenities in the room, the bed/bedding was luxurious, after an arduous trip 36 hrs fueled by no sleep , Advil and bread so nice to sink in a lovely bed after a quick snack and a beer readily available . Ready to start the last leg of my journey the next day feeling somewhat what refreshed .

there was nothing to dislike except my bagel the next morning was hard as a rock, didn’t like to complain as the girl behind the counter was totally rushed , serving , making the food , dealing with demanding customers all the while with a professional attitude. Definitely a management issue of poor scheduling.

The girl at reception was extremely helpful and happily changed my room when I asked for a lower floor. I also appreciated the snacks available to buy and that I could have some breakfast the next morning.

The shuttle on the way to the hotel was excellent. However on the return trip to the airport there were three ion us who needed to go to the international and the driver did not stop there for us. It was only when one of the men enquired that we were told we would have to walk back to the International. This was disappointing as my trip to the hotel had been so good. As I am returning to America next May I was hoping to stay here again but I am a bit concerned about the shuttle.

The room was very big with a queen size bed and a couch. There was a TV so you can have something playing in the background. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to rest before your departure or after arrival. Bathroom was excellent and very clean, same as the room. Highly recommend.

The included breakfast is a joke. I mean the quality and taste was fine and the service was ok but it shouldn't be delivered like some coupon food. It should be as a buffet type of breakfast. Kinda dissapointing after the first impression of hotel and rooms which is very positive.
