I stay at this hotel when I fly in and out of LAX. Because of a concert was going on, all rooms were booked and we had to move around the rooms. The front desk staff Edgar and manager Monica were very gracious to my husband who is in lot's of pain after surgery. They listened to our problems during changing rooms, empathetic, helped a lot. I am personally thankful for them. Very convenient location for early fly out, late fly in. Free shuttle is available for guests. Budget Rental car is across the street, next to the rental car office is the only convenient store near by. But there is a store in the hotel as well. The restaurant has a good salmon dish that I really enjoyed, also I ordered Uber Eat delivery from Carl's Junior one day. Concierge person, DJ and Teresa went out of way to helped my husband, security staffs came to help my husband fell in the bathroom with bleeding arm. They called paramedics, ambulance at 4 am to help him. I offered tips but they won't take, they offered us comforting words instead. The rooms are always clean and spacious enough for 2. Beds are comfortable. I will go back there.

Only thing is the parking fee, 50$ per night. But all hotels and parking lots charge even more than here.

Great location near LAX so very convenient for my flight early next morning. It's not a 5 star hotel by any means but if u need an airport hotel with a free transfer from/to the airport hotel is totally fine. It has a restaurant, Convenience Store, pool, gym. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do with the hotel as it is an airport hotel which I chose because of my international flight early the next day, but it is quite a distance from downtown so I got a shuttle back to LAX then caught the LA flyaway downtown for the afternoon and back again.

Location is convenient before and after flights. Budget Rental car across the street was very convenient just walk to pick up and drop off. The hotel has a restaurant with decent food. Front desk staffs were friendly and informative on all questions. Security/Bell staffs were very helpful, thanks to those who helped my husband who was recovering after surgery, they were patient and kind. My top priority of choosing this hotel was the airport Shuttle service, it's free but the driver was very welcoming and friendly he deserved tips.

Only thing my disabled husband had hard time was that the elevator was the other end of the building from the entrance of the hotel. But it's not an issue with normal people. I was happy.

Very good location near to the airport, the shuttle service at late night arrival was amazing plus the friendly driver with welcoming conversation made us feeling relaxed after a long hours of flight. Then Budget rental car across the street was convenient since my husband is recovering from a surgery that he didn't have to use their rental car shuttle. The restaurant was opened at midnight for our late dinner, salmon dish was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds and spacious enough for us. Overall all is good, I will stay again.

If you are driving your own car parking fees are pretty high. But this goes same with almost all hotels in big cities. I had to return my rental car a night earlier and used a taxi going back to the airport. Another thing, if you have a bad leg for walking, the elevator located end of the building, but many seating chairs and benches are along the way. All is good.

i liked the staff and the location and the fact that you had a shuttle to the airport. Beds were comfortable and room size was great.

Our Room (606), had broke fixtures, tap in the bathroom was extremely loose & the toilet roll holder was hanging out of the wall. The light by the door would not turn off so we had to get maintenance to come, they couldn't fix it and we asked for them to remove the light globe so we could sleep. It was only a matter of minutes from our call to reception for maintenance to arrive, so that was amazing service.

Courteous, smiling, kind and helpful frontdesk lady. The hotel has a lot of really neat amenities, like a heated pool, fitness center, lots of comfortable common areas to wait, a small 24/24 grocery store, and a frequent airport shuttle. All these are especially convenient when you're on your last day before taking your flight and have lots of luggage and no more rental car!!

Not much. If I really wanted to be difficult, I could say that the room was a bit old, the bathroom in particular, but it was well taken care of and sparkling clean so not a big deal.

I stay here frequently for the short distance to LAX airport. Parking is another reason I come here, although I don't book my parking through the Sheraton. I use a parking app. The shuttle service is to airport is great and on time. Just don't get confused as the airport and take the wrong shuttle for the other Sheraton that is a 1/2 block closer to the airport. Make sure to take FOUR POINTS Sheraton shuttle!

Parking fees through the hotel are expensive especially after staying as a guest you would think they wouldn't charge $50 a day!

It's not far from the airport and it was easy to catch on and get around everywhere. Everything was great from check in to check out. My only issue was connecting the parking ticket to my room account but it was a simple fix. The staff was great, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning crew was the best I've seen in a very long time they made everything fresh and clean daily and I loved it.

If only they had a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms that would have made me give this place an exceptional rating.

Stayed at this hotel one night. We arrived in LA from Maui and we're flying home to MSP the following day. Hotel was nice and all staff we interacted with were on task and provided good customer service. The bed was just okay (a little firmer than I like). The shower head and water pressure in the bathroom were awesome. Could have stayed in the shower all day. This was my second stay at this hotel. It is a great value and they have shuttle service from LAX. Airport is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.

Need more staffing for breakfast service in the morning. Only one employee there to tend to the masses. She was working hard, but being the only person there, things became a little overwhelming. I ordered a banana muffin, which tasted either under done or spoiled. It went in the garbage.

Room is very clean and large enough to accommodate my group of 3. Hotel is very near LAX. I love the shuttle bus service which operated 24hrs. I have more hours to rest before going to LAX. I recommend you stay here if you have early morning flight.

Front desk staff when I checked in is not very friendly. He just did his job, but without compassion. He was not rude, but not polite and helpful enough. Parking lot is rare, especially if your car height is near the ceiling limit to underground parking.
