Very large room with 2 separate rooms for sleeping. Free drink for my wife and I when we got there. Free buffet breakfast. Location super close to airport with free shuttle running all the time.
It took a WHOLE HOUR to find the right shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel because the TINY SIGN on the shuttle bus. PLEASE MAKE IT BIGGER. The fold-out bedroom part is close to the outside hallway and the sounds echo all the way up from the lobby (also people talking loudly outside or running down the hallway) so you hear sounds all night because it's not a soundproof room; also below the main bedroom there was a charging station for the hybrid shuttle buses they use so you hear "BEEP BEEP BEEP" as the shuttle buses back up to the charger station. I asked for a quiet room.... I will choose a hotel with SOUNDPROOF rooms next trip.

Due to location overnight road noise was slightly annoying at times. A bit of double / triple glazing would be a big help. Shuttle pick-up from airport non-existent. Got the Budget car-hire one after waiting more than an hour.

Location was great for a night before early flight. Liquor Store over the road, Z Pizza around the corner (great pizza). Our room was huge with separate bedroom and lounge. Rooms probably getting a bit tired, but very clean.
No restaurant which is odd for a big hotel. The breakfast was ordinary, and only starts at 0700 which seemed odd for an airport hotel with guests having early flights.

The staff at the front desk was kind, friendly and helpful.
I’m disappointed that when I missed my international flight I was charged for the first night at this hotel that I was unable to get to. In addition, I was changed even more then the second night when I actually stayed at the hotel. After having to spend over $5000 to get back into the country, it would’ve been nice for both bookings.com and or Embassy suites to issue us a credit for a future stay rather than charge us a full night plus cancellation fee when I never officially canceled. I asked for a cancellation, but was denied.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I appreciated the free airport shuttle (though it took longer than estimated to arrive). The breakfast in the morning was good, and the toothpaste I ordered from the front desk came in a timely manner (and with a cute robot!).
The entire floor of our room was sticky, so I couldn't go barefoot. The balcony door lacked a proper seal, so it let in the cold and noise all night, which made it hard to sleep. The towel hook in the bathroom was loose.

We stayed because it's close to the Kia Forum. The location was perfect, and it's in a safe area. Liked the service.
I didn't like the surprise taxes and LA fees, and the security deposit of $250 was high. The manager helped me on that and was able to waive a little bit of the fee because i didn't have enough. I don't like the fact that housekeeping came pounding on my door after 9 when check out is at 11.AM. There was no door tag to hang DO NOT DISTURB. I didn't like the $49.00 dollar parking fee for 1 night. But it's LA.
