ear LAX in the right direction and they have a free Shuttle for the 2 mile ride. less than 2 miles from downtown El Segundo, a hidden gem! walk or Uber down Mariposa Ave to Grand Ave. Lots of great Mexican food (El Tarasco)and other choices with lots of outdoor dining areas. it’s also right at one of the Blue line trains that go south through Long Beach. it’s near a couple of large shopping centers off Rosecrans and Sepulveda (Hwy 1). 2 miles to beaches in Manhattan Beach. In room mini fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker. Room is very nice, comfortable, good bed while close to the airport, I have never b even bothered by air noise. Planes take off over the airport and the ocean. breakfast room next to lobby and fireplace gives it a homey feel. 2 miles to Costco gas

no safe in room no shops or stores in immediate vicenity, but can walk to shopping center with Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack and other stores.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bathroom as expected. Beds were a little soft. Jacuzzi and pool were also great. Breakfast was good once you realise what's included and not included in room rate! They held our luggage for the day (before a late flight) while we took a quick uber ride to El Segundo and Hermosa beach for the day which was really fun.

Definitely needs a bit of an upgrade, carpets over stretched and look very worn, just needs a spruce up but we thought it was good value for money and staff were lovely. Didn't realise you have to call for the airport shuttle and it doesn't just drive around so waited a long time until we worked that out!

Travelled with family of 4. The breakfast was great! Ideal location about 10mins to LAX/rental car drop and short drive to area beaches and restaurants. Pool area was perfect after a long day exploring; it was green, with palm trees and quite large which is usually hard to find. They are also renovating the hotel in the next year or so, which will make it that much better. Highly recommend.

We stayed here straight off our flight from London. The rooms are good and the breakfast is nice. Lots of choice and you get hit choices too. Special mention goes to Joshua on reception who was really helpful.

The lady that checked us out was surly and hostile. There’s nothing that you can walk to from the property in terms of bars and restaurants, but getting an Uber was easy.

Staff very helpful when asked. Location near LAX great as we were very tired arriving late in the day, yet no aircraft noise I noticed. Value for money with free shuttle and included breakfast

1. The transportation is convenient. The hotel is in 5-10 minutes driving from the LAX airport. Though this hotel does not have shuttle service, they could help reserve a Lyft to pick you up from the airport or send you to the LAX airport. So if you are staying one night in LA, and have a flight the next day, this would be a good choice for you. 2. There is a small 24-hr food pantry in the hotel.

It would be better if the hotel could update on the booking page that there is not a free hotel shuttle, instead, the hotel will schedule a free Lyft ride for you. Customers need to find the LA Exit (LAX-it) station, take the airport LAX-it shuttle to the parking lot for Uber, Lyft or taxi. It is kind of confusing for new comers.

We liked the beauty and quietness of the Inn. All of the staff were ready-to-help and nice. The housekeeping staff (we were in room 355) on our floor were all polite, friendly, and cheerful. We ate at the breakfast once; it was very good. It was very convenient and the ambiance is lovely with your gardens outside.

We could not figure out the heating system (our fault for not calling downstairs). It was either too cold or too hot, so we turned it off and were comfortable sleeping.

It is a great option to stay near of the airport. We arrived to LA by night a had a connection flight very early in the next morning, so was great; and even more because there is shuttle to the airport. And there are also options for dinner near around. We would repeat at this hotel.

We had a 1am check in. Everything from Airy's bright smile, checking us in, to check out with Sergio was a great experience. The staff does all they can to make your stay enjoyable. Including house keeping. The rooms have a sanitary sticker. Very clean. The beds were so comfortable with giant cozy pillows. I have bad insomnia, and all I can remember is hitting the bed and I was out! Loved that they had a coffe/tea maker (One suggestion: maybe get some Thai Chi for the Keurig ), microwave and fridge. Great parking lot (40$ a night) and a 4 min. drive to the airport. The shuttle is down due to CoVid (I didn't need it) but the front desk will make arrangements with Uber or Lyft. The area is safe. I did not see any homeless or shady people any where around the hotel. Good job Hilton Garden Lax - El Sugundo. This Hilton is my go to hotel when in LA.

Everything, the staff was exceptional and the complimentary breakfasts staff and servers were excellent..

The union picketing and their noise. But I hope that by the time I go back they are done with the protests.
