Staff remains excellent - friendly, courteous, efficient. Rooms are spacious, well-attended, clean. Location is ideal - close to LAX and to downtown LA.
Breakfast was by order - no buffet. At peak hours, the staff (only 1 person on shift) was easily overwhelmed (certainly not her fault). Would prefer to bring back the buffet style breakfast.

AC Hotel is definitely a place to stay at! This was my second time traveling to California & staying here. The hotel is spotless, modern & worth the price! Their staff is beautiful & so kind! Parking is $24 a night which isn’t too bad if you’re visiting LA definitely stay here especially if you access to a car because you’ll be right in the middle of everything. Unfortunately I missed out on FLORA but I’ll definitely be back to visit the rooftop bar!

Rooftop bar was nice and had its own menu, which was interesting. The rooms looked nice and the hotel overall was very clean and well-maintained. Staff was polite and helpful.
The continental breakfast was incredibly mediocre while also being way too expensive for what you get, which included stale cereal and lukewarm eggs (recommend finding literally anywhere else for breakfast, you'll pay less and be more satisfied). The beds were not particularly comfortable.

Would have been nice to know that you charge for parking and as we booked two room each room was charges $15.00. Although after contacting you guys you reversed one of the charges as we only had 1 vehicle.

The location was perfect. The hotel is located near industrial buildings and not so much in the city with a lot of traffic, so the location felt very safe. The rooms are VERY nice. They have a bar, and rooftop area which I sat and enjoyed my morning coffee. Overall, this hotel was super clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again.
I didn't like that the breakfast was not included, but they did offer complimentary coffee, and tea.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Inviting atmosphere when walking into the lounge area.
Walls were thinner than anticipated, could hear a lot noise when cleaning staff was thoroughly cleaning a room or rooms nearby after a person had checked out. Of course, this is no fault of the staff. They were doing their jobs as expected. Also, I wished shuttle ran from the time TSA opened at 4 am at LAX instead of starting at 6 am. However, I am thankful the hotel did offer hotel a free shuttle service.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was also clean. Lobby and lounge was neat. Love the ambiance. Liked the simple modern room. & love that the rooms were not carpet. Airport was close by, but did not hear the loud planes flying above. Was a quiet, peaceful stay. Highly recommend.
Parking for the hotel was all the way at the top of the garage, wish it was on the lower level so it’d be easier especially with a bunch of luggages. Wish the garage was connected to the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking most hotels that I go to you don’t have to pay for parking. And you don’t have to walk down the street and around the corner to park.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I got the open face toast for breakfast, I found the toast to be a bit soggy and the eggs a bit running but the flavor was great. Same with the potatoes being a bit mushy just due to it being relieved in a box. Also felt like the bagged breakfast could be a bit better. The bagel was a bit smashed and tasted a little stale. But good helpful staff overall.
