Was only there for 6 hours, no time for food. Night staff was great, morning staff not so friendly.

Very upset there was no free shuttle from LAX. Property is so close - would save a person $80 r/trip.

The staff was friendly.

We had to pay 100.00 per night deposit on top of the hotel room charge when we arrived. We thought it was a bit over the top. We also had to pay 20.00 per day parking lot fee. That was a bit much since the hotel was not full nor was the lot. The hall carpet was not vaccumed when we arrived. The smell of Marijuana was quite strong in our non smoking rooms.

Bed looked cheap; mattress was ok; no warm cookies; breakfast did not start in time & pool& gym facilities were not available. Only one elevator was working out of four. I understand they were renovating the place but still no compensatory measures to offset these situations

I am very disappointed; I stayed there many times & found the experience frustrating & annoying this time. In plain simple words it was disgraceful.

Front desk helpful Double tree hotel, we're used to it overseas, one of the best hotel chains, but this booking was the first for us in the US It was an OK experience.

The hotel charged us $20 for parking which was not stated neither on booking.com nor mentioned when we checked in. It was a surprise charge that would have changed our selection of the hotel. Another thing that irritated us, was the room was small and didn't match the description

Lovely staff, really helpful, let us check in really early. The rooms were big and quiet. We slept well. The breakfast was OK and the bar was friendly. The rooms were clean. The area was basic but close to the airport.

The pool was temporarily closed for refurbishment, and the place was clean but could do with a refresh in decor. They accidentally charged me the wrong fee, but when I enquired it was dealt with right away. Would like vegetarian meal options please to up the ratings.

The room was pretty big and you had everything you needed. I was actually quite impressed how huge the tv has been. Also, hotel overall and also room were clean and saw staff sanitizing everything around. I haven’t used the pool, but it looked quite good and there were people enjoying it

In the period I’ve been there there was only 1 elevator working out of 3 (think the 2nd and 3rd floors are getting remodeled and because of this). Also, basic version of internet is a bit unstable, especially if you want to work from your room and have video calls. Still, the caveat is that there is a Premium option but I didn’t go for it

The staff was very friendly from check in to check out. We were a few minutes late to the continental breakfast and they had already put all the food items away but the gentleman behind the counter offered us food anyway. We were in a rush to head back home so he bagged a few items for us for the road. The room was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

I circled the block a few times before finding the entrance to the parking lot but that could have been just me.

Safe location and comfort specious rooms.

Although hotel has it's own dedicated parking lot, you still need to pay USD20pd for it. A bit nosy due to some motorcyclists gatherings on the parking lot with loud music. Swimming pool area was deserted and needs renovation. Security fee USD200 a night is a bit overwhelmed.

- parking price is ok for the LAX area - new big rooms on the 6th floor - Nicky (lobby) was super friendly upon our arrival

- breakfast was a joke! no breakfast in fact. just some muffins, cereals, orange juice, filter coffee and fruits to go. we didn’t expect that while booking for “breakfast” - pool closed super early - currently 4th floor of the hotel under construction, expect some noise in the morning… - shower system was super annoying and not easy to handle
