I loved the bathroom mirror, it had a Bluetooth speaker! and the floating beds were amazing and comfortable. I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel.

The surrounding buildings created a lot of noise at night

The staff is wonderful - friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole hotel is always spotless. The location is perfect - quiet but with restaurants all around and within walking distance to the Old Market and Capitol districts and Creighton University.

Nothing! I love this hotel in Omaha and will always stay here whenever we visit.

The location was perfect for our travel. We visited Old Market and the Zoo. The Hotel and room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, liked the size of the room and Bathroom. Our waiter for Breakfast was awesome, as well as our breakfast. Liked the ectra extras in the room, lighting and the bluetooth mirror.

The location was exceptional with lots of things to do in general area, from the ballpark across the street as well as several restaurants within walking distance and the market was just a couple of miles away. The hotel was very quiet, clean and the staff was extremely polite and courteous.

The couch was directly in front of the heater which blew directly down on you. Other than that, the room was up to date, clean and very comfortable.

Comfortable bed , great large space! Loved the mood lighting in the bed frame!

Our room wasn’t ready at 3 pm check in time so we went driving around to kill time. Then came back at 4 Gal who checked us in gave us a room that was already occupied , we walked into someone else’s room who looked like they had been living there . We felt bad!

Spacious room. Excellent exercise facilities. Late hours on the pool, which took the pressure of deciding if we needed to rush to dinner or swim first. Great shuttle service.

Two things: 1) If there's a way to request to not be put in the handicapped accessible room I would like to learn it. No one in my party requires those facilities and the adaptive shower layout has a lot of downsides for those who don't need it. 2) Would love to see them modernize their TVs to offering the option to login to streaming services instead of having to deal with traditional cable.

The property was clean. Associates were friendly and helpful. Especially the lady from housekeeping that rode down in the elevator with us the last morning. She ask where we we’re going? When we told her home to Missouri, that we had been to Colorado. She said that she traveled through the guest. She was such a sweet lady. Walking distance to several restaurants. Area around seems new and clean.

If your a light sleeper then make sure your room does not face the bars across the street. We we’re so tired that we slept through their music.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom had modern conveniences (BlueTooth, Energy Saving lighting) and a roomy shower. Bed was comfortable and the room decor was nice. Laminate flooring (no carpet in the room) was a plus for me! Lots of seating in the lobby area, so we didn't have to be close to other groups. Elevators were smooth, without that funny bounce at the end like on a lot of elevators. Pool area was clean.

We received breakfast 'vouchers', but, in reality, they were coupons for 15% off.

The room was big, clean, and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was nice with a huge mirror, and it included built in shower toiletries, which I like. The curtains were very dark, enabling the late risers to sleep in. I didn't really have a use for the bluetooth mirror, but I did experiment with it and it was pretty cool.

It's not really walking distance to anything I could see, except Zipline brewery (which I noticed happily from my hotel room window), however it was an easy drive to everywhere in Omaha we wanted to go.

Location is great - close proximity to Old Market and Bob the Bridge. They have nice beds and I like all of the lighting options available in the room. I LOVE the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to play Spotify over! Staff here is always friendly and will take care of you when issues arise.

My door lock batteries died twice during my stay. Once on Christmas Day and once the day after. Staff do not seem trained in how to rectify this to get you in your room without calling someone. The first time on Christmas I had to wait for quite some time, the second time was faster. It shouldn't be a super secret on how to do this if maintenance isn't around. Shower was dirty upon arrival too, but they cleaned it the next day. I did not want to change rooms as I wanted to keep the view I had of Bob the Bridge.
