The aesthetic is really fresh and rejuvenating. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was so friendly, prompt, and helpful. The lobby is really open and inviting; there is even a ping pong table and large connect four game out for kids and adults alike to play with.

The shower is really open and it shoots water all over the wall and floor, so get plenty of towels and don’t put your personal belongings in the floor. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast vouchers. They tell you “breakfast included”, but when you pay for those, all they cover is an omelet, muffin, oatmeal, and maybe some fruit. It doesn’t actually cover a full meal and it’s cheaper to get two meals than buy those “vouchers”.

The staff is solid middle-America. Housekeeping staff work hard:Lupe, Martha, and Ana are the women that kept EVEN extraordinarily clean. Shuttle driver Destyny told good stories, front desk Ray is personable and gracious. Finally, dining area Cork and Kale manager Jen made us feel like EVEN family. Jen deserves a raise!

The absolutely hidden cost of parking: $10.00 a day. Dogs are allowed, and the doggie smell rooms shouldn’t be rented to non-dog tenants.

The beds were sooo comfy, the location was very near the Old Market and shuttle service was excellent. The fitness room had good equipment, I was able to do the same workouts that I do at my regular gym. There was also work out equipment in the room and videos to work out to.

The self service kiosk for food items was iffy, but the staff was quick to help. We ordered chips and waited 20 minutes before we found out you have to pick them up at the front desk (no biggie but a heads up would have been nice).

Modern amenities & design. Friendly check-in staff and housekeeping staff was very nice as well. I didn’t realize upon booking but the hotel has a sports / games / workout theme. Yoga mats, props, ball and work out bar in the rooms. Ping pong and oversized games in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable and clean! Parking was convenient and staff was helpful!

One of the two elevators did not work. So the entire hotel was relying on one elevator. I noticed some decals were peeling off the walls throughout the halls and lobby.

The rooms are spacious, love the workout equipment in the room. The best part is the bunk bed corner, perfect for the children. Nice free shuttle service. The bar and games in the lobby were a plus.

Found a few areas in the bedroom and bathroom that could have been cleaned a bit better… the elevators had issues. The breakfast/ food service wasn’t the best. Coffee was expensive and not good. I would rather order from a person then from a computer screen.

This is really a lovely hotel. It was SO clean. The rooms are super spacious and the exercise equipment/space was nice to have. The room smelled fresh. The shower was amazing. The mini fridge is convenient. It wasn’t as close to Old Market as I thought but there were some fun places up the block (Zen Coffee Roasters was amazing!).

Not sure if this is the hotel’s fault, but my family was the only one wearing masks in public areas. There were signs asking people to mask, but no one did and the lobby was fairly crowded with kids. I didn’t feel safe here with my too-young-to-be-vaccinated child. I would 100% stay at this lovely hotel again, but not until Covid is under control.

Great area, clean pools, Menu was limited but food was great hats off to the kitchen staff. Friendly staff, clean rooms. There were exercise equipment on the rooms which is convenient. Gym area is great. Price is affordable. Overall place is great and will go back. wish we had more vacation to spend there more. Close by the Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, Joslyn art museum, St Cecilia Catholic cathedral, Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge and the Fun-plex water park.

Wish we had our own microwave to heat up food and a kettle to make hot water. The menu for the dinner and breakfast is kind of limited other than that every thing was great. Lift/elevator is kind of too slow.

EVEN Hotel was a very spacious, modern option for my two-night stay. The desk space and wifi were great for when I needed to do some work and I especially liked the yoga mat, block, and mirror in my room, which allowed me to exercise at my leisure. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.

Although there are signs, masks were not worn by patrons nor most staff in common spaces.

They don't have enough storage space for your clothes only 3 tiny drawers when u have a family staying of 5 staying in the king bunk suit lack of clothes storage is rought that is the only down side of this place

This hotel was EXCEPTIONAL! The beds, the shower and the in room exercise equipment was the best. I also enjoyed the 24 hour workout room.

There was nothing that I did not like at this hotel. I did not even mind paying for breakfast after my workout.
