The place has a great location and offers a feeling of a solid, traditional hotel. Definitely the place to be if you want to enjoy downtown Omaha. The room was comfy enough, clean (very clean). Got a room in the 7th floor so the kids could enjoy a view of Omaha and stay comfortably far away from the noise, which was a nice touch, too. Funny and friendly chat with the lady at registration with some tips to local places. We enjoyed the pool a lot, too.
Could be just a coincidence, but we had a problem to find clean silverware and bowls at the breakfast. We appreciated that the hotel uses "china" instead of disposable paper/plastic plates and cups etc., but, but... A bit of a disappointment. Also, I don't understand why such a hotel doesn't offer traditional cable/satellite TV. The Chrome streaming is a pain, especially if you come outside US without any pre-paid service. Small details: there was no curtain between the sleep and relax/work space, which would have been nice with the children asleep at 9 pm. Parking for an extra fee ... don't know, don't remember having seen that for a while.

We had a huge room on an upper floor with a great view facing east. There was a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and ottoman, partially separated from the sleeping area by an attractive screen with an etched glass design. The room was spacious and clean. Unlike many hotels, the bathroom had a sufficient number of towel hooks and plenty of room by the sink for personal toiletries. The hotel has a convenient parking garage. Great location for being right in the Old Market.
Breakfast was Ok, a little better than every other free hotel breakfast-- fresh fruit and good coffee included. No half and half capsules, only artificial milk additives. Fortunately there was a pitcher of real milk in the breakfast area. I wish they had included skin lotion in the bathroom. There were no amenities other than soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Disappointing-- no hotel bar to speak of. The lobby isn't especially inviting, but we were only there overnight. Seems like a practical choice as a business hotel or a more affordable basic hotel. The quality of our room was the best part.

Breakfast was great! The juices could have been filled more often. We had an issue with the AC unit in our room. The front desk sent a gentleman to fix it and when the problem still wasn’t solved the host at guest services moved us to a brand new room with ease! The staff was sooo accommodating and kind. We truly appreciated the staff’s consideration for us and their drive to make us comfortable. My family and I also appreciated the security of the rooms, the heavy doors and extra hardware to keep strangers out. We liked having to use the key cards to access the floor where our room was located.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to most points of interest. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds, stable wifi connection. The breakfast choices did not vary much during our stay, but it was good, and we loved coffee and tea at the lobby 24/7. The staff was very friendly and assisted with all our needs, they also kept two pieces of our luggage during our detour to Nevada and California.

The place was nice and clean. Staff however was the best. They were very polite. When we first arrived one of your staff ladies noticed I was having some troubles and gabe me some water. Her attention to detail was grezt.. also called for a fan. It did take sometime to bring it up but when we called conditioner they came with it right away.
The breakfast. For food that was just coming out it was not very warm.

The check-in process was quick, the room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park on the street just across from the hotel and avoid paying for parking.
We couldn't get the tv remote to change channels. The check-out clerk said we just needed to hit "2" first but there was no explanation of that in the room. The coffee was terrible at the breakfast buffet. A gluten-free option for breakfast would have been appreciated.

We liked that it was in the middle of all the shops and close to the zoo
The pool didn’t seem fitted for older children and adults. Even though I knew there was no hot tub when I booked, it would have been nice after an eight hour drive. The breakfast, even though options changed daily, would have been better if waffles could have been made fresh, the milk wasn’t frozen in the morning and maybe even a juice machine instead of containers. The cushion on the couch had a big rip in it and the bathroom sink had a big crack in it

The room was beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, and a decent size fridge. The location was perfect, and I would stay there again if visiting Omaha.
There was no microwave in the room. Travelers have leftovers! We had been on the road for weeks, self-catering, and this was the first place with no microwave.

What I really liked was the parking was an indoor parking place on the first 3 (?) floors of the hotel I could access from my room. Staff were, in general, very friendly and helpful. There was only one person who wasn't, particulary. The other thing is that the breakfast was generous with hot and cold choices.
There was only one thing I didn't like! That had to do with the booking.com site more than anything else. Airport shuttle was advertized and it wasn't until the night before I was to leave that I discovered that the service had been discontinued, months ago. Furthermore, the number the desk gave me for a taxi didn't work. None of the Google suggested numbers worked!

It was a great experience. Second time we stay and we liked it both times. Staff is very helpful and nice.
One thing I did notice the pool area vents, didn't know it was mold or dirt in and around the vents. I would assume they are cleaned periodically, it was noticable that they hadn't been cleaned.
