When we left at 5 am I asked the guy at the desk if we could grab some prepackaged breakfast food. I'm aware that breakfast didn't officially begin until 6 am, but usually hotels allow you to grab a piece of fruit or a prepackaged muffin if you leave before breakfast begins. The guys said he wasn't allowed to give me anything. He did give us coffee, but he followed me to the kitchen area and watched me as if I were going to steal food or something. I had hungry children and was disappointed that I couldn't even grab a banana from the fruit bowl.

We had an issue with our room and we’re immediately changed to new room and even offered an upgrade for the inconvenience. The woman working was very kind and accommodating. Hotel was nice and clean.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Front desk staff, dining room and housekeeping staff always greet guests with politeness and pleasant smile. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties comparing to other hotels with similar prices. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water are always available at the beverage station at the lobby throughout the day. I booked double queen bedroom. The room is big and clean. I will definitely return next time.
I stayed at the 4th floor, hot water was kind of unstable in the shower room.

We loved the location! Cool places to walk to in the area. The room was spacious, breakfast more than adequate and pool area very comfortable.
Parking was tough to find and not included with the reservation. Our room had only one window (ground floor, looking out to the parking lot), with only a blackout shade. I would have loved a sheer curtain as well, so we could have let natural light in during the day without giving people outside a chance to see into our room.

I really enjoyed the room. It was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. It was a quiet hotel and stay. I was really close to where I needed to be.
I was a little disappointed that with the amount I paid didnt go into the parking. That was just something i didnt pay attention to and note when i was booking the hotel. Also the ice machine on my level 3 was out of order so i had to go to another level to get ice. There was a sign that mentioned a vending machine on the floor and i didnt see one so that was a bit confusing.

The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had enough choices for our family and our hotel room was large. The room itself was very spacious and had high ceilings (first floor) which was interesting for a chain hotel to have. The location of this hotel is okay--we were there on a day that there was no sporting event--but some stuff nearby closed early/was closed because of that. We would stay there again if passing though Omaha.
We wished that they had a cart available to move our luggage to our room (but they couldn't seem to find one when we asked) and we wished they had more trash cans in the room-- our trash from carry out food basically had to go on counters because there were only 2 tiny cans in the room.

We like the clean room, comfy bed, kind front desk staff and breakfast.
We had no idea that parking would be $15. It wasn't posted anywhere when we booked. No one likes an unexpected expense. Also, im not sure what was going on but it sounded like vacuuming or something running directly above us. We had a hard time falling asleep and it went on for at least an hour or more. I suggest enforcing quiet during certain hours so guests can sleep. One light was also out; room 143.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded to a suite as the first room they gave us was still dirty. Very welcoming staff!
When we used the pool our second day, the water was cloudy. We assumed maybe just chemicals. But after floating around for awhile, I realized the strange dark spots on the bottom of the pool were clumps of hair. Many clumps of hair. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I got out after that, very unsanitary.
