Very clean rooms newly remodeled quiet like that they had a pool clean breakfast was really good had a lot of varieties to choose from the staff was very kind and respectful
But I very much disliked was Sunday morning the lady food prepping stuck her hands in the trash can to press it down didn't have gloves on bare hands and then went to touch the food without washing her hands that's cross contamination other than that it was very nice and a good stay and for the water in the shower it could have a little more pressure

The support staff were not at the level of the front desk. Staff member working breakfast apparently knew zero English. When I approached her to notify her of something being out, she literally changed directions to avoid a conversation. We were in a handicapped room 218 i think. The door to the bathroom would not close unless you picked up on the door. Not idea for a handicapped accessible room. I notified the front desk at check out and she thanked me. Not sure if it was corrected. 2nd floor ice machine did not work. Notified staff of that also

Very clean. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and we arrived early and was allowed to go ahead and check in since we had been traveling most of the day. If your looking for a quiet place to stay this is the place.

I loved the look of the place and the settee to sit at night and read etc. I loved all of the lights and the lay out of the room. It was a very pretty room and so was the breakfast area. Loved the colors and decor. Nice shower with shampoo etc. in a dispenser.
The door going into the room was very difficult to open. I hurt myself and so did my husband trying to open it. It also made a lot of noise being opened so when my husband was sleeping and my kids from another room needed something it was a pain to try opening it without too much commotion or noise.

The roll in shower leaked all over the floor. Had to put towels on floor to be able to get out safely.

Being able to park right outside our window gave us peace of mind that our vehicle was secure.
We had to leave the hotel at 230 am so we didn't get to have breakfast. I had sent an email several weeks ahead of our stay asking if we could access some yogurt , muffins, etc. the night before, however my email was never answered.

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee great/ hotel staff very helpful. Room very comfortable and lobby area was so open and useful for all types of business or pleasure.

Hotel was clean and comfortable also friendly staff. Close to airport with a shuttle made it very convenient.
The fact still have sack breakfast due to covid not hotels fault but would like to see a regular breakfast served. Also pool could be a little warmer.
