We stayed here for an early morning flight, and the hotel served its purpose well enough. It's a standard modern hotel design which was clean enough for our family. The shuttle was great and ran early for us to catch our flight. We'd stay here again if the situation is required. Also, warm breakfast started at 6 and we had to leave before then. Cold breakfast was available starting at 4am.
We didn't stay here long enough to notice any shortcomings. About the only thing I can say is that we asked for a 5am wakeup call but didn't receive one.

We appreciated the helpful front desk personnel. They answered the phone promptly and instructed us how to page for a ride to the hotel when it appeared our arrival would be delayed well past the time of the last shuttle at 1 am. The kitchen staff was pleasant and the breakfast offerings were very good (sausage, toast and omelets, as well as hot oatmeal for the vegetarians in the family). Hotel is also conveniently located less than five minutes from the airport.

I like the location near the airport. the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable with nicely appointed bedding. everything worked. The noise level was low even considering how close it was to the airport. Staff was courteous and competent.
my only complaint was that the heater was noisy and would wake us up when it turned on all through the night. We could hear footfall in the room above us but fortunately they settled down early in the evening.

Aaron (pool guy) was fantastic! Very kind and helpful. Extremely welcoming. Went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. We witnessed him being kind to other travelers and his co-workers, as well. Just an upstanding human being. A real asset to your company.

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Location to the airport was perfect.
The staff told us that the shuttle to airport didn't start till 4am. No reason why, as we are from out of town we didn't know. Not on website either. We take our car to airport instead and find out security doesn't open until 4am.

It was comfortable and the staff was great. The location was excellent for everything we needed. My kids loved the Halloween decorations in the lobby-it was a nice touch.
A few things were a little dated and not super clean. Hot tub was broken, but didn't really impact us much.

It was close to the airport, provided a quick shuttle, relatively clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly.
The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty but the tile work was done poorly and made the bathroom appear dirty. Not really a big deal, just an appearance thing.
