We liked the location of the hotel, we were close to the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Headquarters, and the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. Alicia was very fast and helpful during check-in, and Ty was also helpful. We had a first-floor room as requested, The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the long vanity top in the bathroom. We enjoyed the variety of offerings for breakfast. When we received our bill, we were confused by the service charge that was added, but when I called to question it, the manager Roshelle explained the situation that they were now under a new corporate office, and this was going to be a new added charge. By the end of our conversation, she said she would waive it for this time, so we were very pleased with the customer service we received.

Our only wish is that the bathtub would have had grab bars for safety, and a higher toilet would have been nice.

The room was really good and comfortable, it beat my expectations from the photos and seemed to be new. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to take me downtown not just to the airport which was very handy.

I initially got a charge on my credit card much higher than the nightly rate I booked and at check in they presented nightly rates much higher (double or triple the rate booked through booking.com). Though after showing my booking.com confirmation and direct confirmation of the hotel of my booked rate they corrected the charge to me. The hotel had a laundry with a washing machine and dryer though it was out of order while I was there. There was wifi though it was a completely open network, was not fast and at times not reliable.

The person on duty when I checked in, Wednesday evening, was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. I also liked the very well lit bathroom.

I was told they did wake-up calls and requested one for Thursday and Friday morning, never received either call. I was almost late for my class on Thursday as a result. Notified person at desk Thursday morning that the TV in my room wasn't working. I asked if someone could check it out. I was informed that they could do that but I could fix it myself by following the instructions she gave me. She then implied that I could go back to my room and try it etc when I informed her that I didn't have time and wouldn't be back until evening. That evening the TV still wasn't working but I did what she told me and it finally worked. I had to do this every time I turned the TV on.

We stayed in the suite with the spa tub in room. It was clean, and spacious. The bathroom has amazing lights, they're very bright and perfect for applying makeup. The ceiling has a sun lamp which is wonferful for when you get out of the shower to keep from getting cold as you dry off. The spa tub was clean and spacious. The TV was cool in that it could swivel, so normally it points at the bed but can easily turn to watch from the spa tub, or from the desk. There were also large sliding window doors that lead to a small outdoor area.

My main complaint is the bed and overall temperature of the hotel. Even when trying to change the temperature warmer, the room was freezing! It was so uncomfortable. As for the bed, it was too firm, and there was no comforter!!!! Just 2 sheets! It was so cold and there was hardly anything to cover up with. However, there were plenty of pillows, so that would be the best feature of the bed. The only thing that would bring me back is the private spa tub in the room. I'm glad I booked that room, otherwise id be very cold and uncomfortable while sleeping; since the bed would be the only feature.

Close to downtown. Had a room with a large tub for two people. Clean.

Carpet could use an upgrade. I was charged the full amount for my room when I checked it, and when I checked out at the end of my week, I was charged again. Staff not helpful in resolving, said I needed to wait. If it wouldn’t have been for the fact that I really did enjoy my room, that over charge would’ve ruined everything.

About a mile to TD Ameritrade Park.

The bathroom needs painted, it was clean, but needs some work. We will probably stay here again if we visit Omaha.

Having hot breakfast options and different ones everyday. The front desk lady was super helpful and literally worked the entire weekend without leaving! Loved it was only 10mins away from zoo and not very far from other places we ventured out to. Able to get extra pillows and towels late night due to our late night of swimming. Loved that the pool was open late and my kids could bring in all their favorite water toys too!

Cobwebs along ceiling next to one of the beds and above the table. Air conditioner would make weird noises if running too long. when first walked in and out room it had a weird smell but as time went on and using our own Febreeze it got better!

I liked the location. Bed comfortable.

The room was not ready. Bed not made. Another run was not ready. The bathroom was not clean. The young man went out is his way to accommodate us with a clean room, but no towels. He returned with towels. God Bless him. Give him a Raise Didn't care for breakfast. Dietary reasons. Coffee was like water and the other coffee was cold.

The room was very nice and clean. The hot tub in our room was in good working order and very clean. When walking in the room was nice and cool with the AC already running! The staff did an amazing job with communication even with the lobby full of people and backed up with cleaning! Even offering a late check out for those that could not access their rooms right away.

The property was very clean and had a nice selection for breakfast!

I requested extra pillows twice and they never did bring them to us. And they were making repairs to their parking area which we were unaware of and had to park along the road, which sucked but we understand needing to make repairs.
