Everything! the room was quite large with a small balcony and a sofa sleeper! The staff was exceptional! Dez was our first front desk agent. she was very warm and hospitable! Kyle was one of the day managers who helped us find restaurants to enjoy! He even shared a city app that we could download to help us with meyer parking! Our night front seat agent was Rosiland who was very kind and curteous and allowed us to bring our dinner into the lobby/ lounge area to view the World Series together!

This review is from: "Jessica C." 1)Location, location, location!!! 2)the staff was excellent, from the superb front desk crew(Rosalyn, Dez, Kyle!! ALL great in their own way!) to Matea who took care of our room needs! 3)we enjoyed our first night, we decided to stay a 2nd night! 4)the lobby area was great! We came as a family of 8 and we loved being able to bring our food and drink in and watch the world series (6th game) like we were in our own home!! So fun!

Our 2 double beds room was clean and roomy. The beds were oh so comfy. We were mere steps from Old Market and all that it has to offer.

A spacious and quiet room with all the necessary provisions for a business trip. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is close to the old town and well located.
I have no criticism of the hotel room or its facilities. Regarding breakfast, a buffet system would be more appropriate.

It's a wonderful location with perfect access to the the best offers when it comes to entertainment and dining. Parking is excellent and affordable. The staff is great.
It's a bit noisy when it comes to the mechanical (heating/cooling) systems. The windows are small and there is not much natural light. The bathroom was *very* small in terms of sink space.

The location was perfect and just a short walk to Chi for the concert we were there for. many bars and restaurants in close proximity as well. Oliver was very friendly when we checked in and we also called earlier the morning we arrived to see if we could get early check in and he assured us our room was all ready to go at 10:30am. That was so helpful for us. the room was decent sized and very clean. would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect for us. We went to concert at CHI and only had to walk one block, which was awesome. We are from out of town and didn’t want to drive in traffic and was a short walk. Our room was very nice and clean.
It was a week night and by the time the concert was over it was about 11:30. We were hungry and no place had kitchens open to get something to eat. Wished that our hotel could have provided something. Even just appetizers would have been appreciated.

The gentleman who checked us in the first night was very pleasant and made sure we were comfortable and had everything to enjoy our girlie week. The room was large and clean with a great view. Beds and pillows were very comfortable; probably some of the best we’ve slept on at a hotel. The shower was huge and beautiful! We will definitely stay again when in the area. The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s close to restaurants, sports bars, beauty salons and spas, and the Old Market. Also a short drive to the casinos across the river. Excellent value for the price!
The noise from the street was noticeable but I normally sleep in a very quiet and no traffic area so it may not bother others. It didn’t keep me awake all night or anything.
