The rooms were clean, the staff was SUPER friendly our entire stay!, the kids enjoyed the pool, the beds were clean and comfortable, the hotel was quiet. I can’t say enough good about it
There really wasn’t anything negative. Booking.com had our rooms listed as having a sofa sleeper when they didn’t not so when we arrived expecting the extra room we were greatly disappointed, the Wonder Woman at the desk was very helpful getting our extra couple into another room as well shuffled kids around .

Great location, most of the staff were friendly. There was a girl who worked night shift who seemed overly stressed out and was a bit rude, and then another guy on the later shift who was a little “snippy” and had his girlfriend at the hotel. Staff was good about getting us extra things we needed.
Chlorine levels were very high in the pool area the first two nights, but staff fixed the issue on our last day. Breakfast was grab and go, just wish they would allow guest to have a little more choice in options you receive.

Staff were incredibly friendly. The room was average, but not horrible by any means.
My only problem was the rowdy crowd that gathered outside the hotel early on in the day and some people drunkenly wandering into the hotel. I was a paramedic in the city for years and Cowboy Jacks earned a track record of attracting typically aggressive or overly drunk people.

Jackson who was the Night Manager was exceptional. He went above and beyond his pay Grade to make our stay a positive one. Breakfast Options were decent.

The spaciousness of the suite and the breakfast!
When I called in to pay for the room in advance, the gal I spoke with sounded annoyed like I was interrupting her because I wasn't given an option to pay for the room online when I booked. When I asked for her manager she became more helpful.

The bed we had was very very firm. Not comfortable for folks with arthritis in hips and back.

The breakfast was fine. On the second day some of the food had run out; however, more was ordered and the milk arrived while we were eating so we could have some.

I liked that is was very clean, nice staff, and very comfortable.
Good but was hoping for eggs and bacon not a sandwich you put in a microwave .No Danish. Not a bad breakfast . Maybe a little more for the weekend.
