The staff was fantastic and the amenities were great. The hot breakfast each morning was nice to have and the Social dinners Monday-Wednesday were an added bonus. We didn’t partake every night, but it was really cool to have available. The Weber grills were a great addition because it was nice to be able to cook dinner a few nights.
The room (suite) was a bit smaller than we are used to when traveling as a family. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, but tolerable. The kitchen was much smaller than anticipated and there were definitely not enough pots/pans and cooking/eating utensils. I would suggest adding a strainer to the rooms for pasta, which is a quick meal that most families may cook when staying here.

Location was good, breakfast was pretty good as well, hotel was clean, staff was helpful. Hot tub was nice and there was a nice sitting area with fire pit just outside the pool area.
The pool was so cold the kids couldn’t swim, front desk said heater was on and set to 78 but I don’t see how that’s possible, and my kids don’t mind swimming in the cold. I also was certain I booked a room that had 2 doubles in each of the bedrooms and ended up with one bedroom only have a queen so we were short a bed.

Staybridge Suites is a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel in an awesome location. It's close to the Mall of America, which is great for anyone looking to spend a majority of their time there! It has a cozy atmosphere and the studio room exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great place to stay on a trip with your family, friends, or significant other.
Because of the Covid guidelines, breakfast was packaged and not cooked, which is totally understandable. However, I wish they would have had more of a selection to choose from. I never got my $25 damage refund, even though the room was left the way it was found.

The location was good. Staff was friendly. We asked them if there was a laundry room and for extra toilet paper. They responded right away. Breakfast was good. Pool was great for the kids and not over crowded, which we liked.
The only thing that got our attention was the shower. When we turned on the showerhead to take a shower, we would hear a loud non stop ringing noise..not sure how to explain it but it was a bit annoying having to shower with that noise. Overall, loved the place and would come back to stay.

The hotel was clean, they had in place great safety measures for Covid. The staff bent over backwards to help me. No issues with safety. I have stayed at many of the big hotel chains and not been pleased. I will book the Staybridge from now on. The suite was clean,comfortable and had everything I needed in the room.

I like the rooms that they have the kitchen and the pool.
I didn’t like they do not have housekeeping on the weekends so we need a new towels and we couldn’t get new ones or the room clean.

The room was small but not too bad considering we were 2 adults and a child. The pool area/ spa was fantastic. The kitchenette was great. The people were super helpful and friendly.
The mattress felt like it was tilted or uneven and the pillows were way too soft. The weight of your head collapsed them down to practically nothing.

Dog friendly! Bed was SO comfortable I slept thru breakfast all three days I stayed. Oops. It was clean clean clean and bonus points the "Free Laundry Room"!

The room was great! Very clean, organized and comfortable. Has everything you need. Staff was very nice, accommodating and always had a smile. They checked in multiple times and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay.
The breakfast area could have been better, as the tables were messy and items needed refilling and it would be nice to have “hot options to go” (covid)
