The property was exceptionally clean and the rooms are well soundproofed. The bed was very comfortable. The food was all very well prepared with great service levels. All of the staff are incredibly welcoming , friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. The views from the balcony we had are beautiful. We had a great relaxing holiday, just what we needed. Thank you to everyone at the Jerbourg.

Excellent location…gorgeous view. The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and food delicious too.

The pillows were awful. The cafe has an amazing selection of deserts to choose from but beware ice cream and cream are charged extra. The after evening meal deserts are from the same selection but you are charged more! Having said that the ones we tried were delicious but perhaps there should be a price list available!

This was a staycation for my partners birthday- communication and registration with the hotel was super efficient and I was able to get into the room pre check in time. We were provided with complementary prosecco at dinner which was very kind of them. The food was good and the desserts amazing. Breakfast was buffet style with cooked options. We had a really comfortable room with an amazing view. It was a really relaxed stay.

A very good hotel supported by excellent staff. Good bus links to all over Guernsey. Breakfast very good and catered for all tastes. Evening meals were again good and a varied menu. The room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily.

Breakfast timings from 0800 - 0930, if possible an earlier breakfast start at 0730 would have been ideal.

Excellent and generous hot food breakfast, pastries, and cereals although became a little repetative offering only the same set menu each day and a limited cold buffet (ham and sliced cheese) compared to other hotels that weve stayed in.

The location is perfect for cliff top walks, staff were really friendly and welcoming , spacious room great view. Great cakes and food was very good + breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pool is " heated" but still very cold for August, bath tub had corrosion on it and shower was a bit weak. No staff around at 7.15 am to help with a faulty shower - which I fixed myself.

The hotel including our room was spacious and the location on the cliffs at Jerbourg Point was beautiful. Breakfast was very good, the coffee shop was lovely and I enjoyed using the swimming pool.

Some features in the bathroom could use being updated but shower was very good. The hotel was rather expensive.

Good location , good facilities

Staff are more interested in day visitors than hotel guests. breakfast has a very tight turn around and they start clearing at exactly 9-30 whether you’ve finished or not . We had a awful meal on first night , when we told the waiter how bad it was ( burnt burger, fries so over cooked there was no potato in it) he didn’t even acknowledge there was a issue , the meal cost over £75 for 2 basic meals and one drink each so not cheap . You cannot charge items to your room during your stay which means you constantly have to have your wallet/purse with you even if you are sitting round the pool

Staff very friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Lovely relaxed feel about the hotel. Very clean. Self serve buffet style hot breakfast, fairly good selection of cold alternatives. Cake and dessert in the coffee shop had an amazing and delicious selection. Quiet location (Jerbourg) and cliff path walks on the doorstep. Easy drive to St Peter Port and airport. Good size swimming pool, but we did not use it due to bad weather. Our room, La Joanette, had a good balcony with sea and pool views. The restaurant food was delicious and good portion sizes.

The bathroom looked a little tired and could do with modernisation. We thought the restaurant prices were a little expensive for some of the dishes. No complimentary water in the room, or tissues. The fridge was a little noisy.

The location was great for panoramic views of the other Channel Islands and we could see many tourists/visitors being brought here to see the view. The staff in the bar/coffee shop were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the great selection available for breakfast and the fresh croissants were delicious!

It would have been good to have a supply of drinking water and a couple of glasses or cups. There was a kettle but nothing else unless one requested it. Luckily we had brought our own water containers - it was a hot day.
