The location is the key here! In the middle of a colorful and beautiful Malasaña neighborhood, close to many great restaurants, coffee and brunch places and bars. The apartment itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were big and had lots of space. Also super clean!

- Missed some amenities in the kitchen. - Couldn't do a late check in (max 11:00) - Don't have a luggage store, but they offer a discount for a nearby Locker room (on C. del Barco, 33, 5 min walk). There are some ups and downs streets, so it might be a bit difficult to move around with a large suitcase. But it did work for us and was a great option.

Great room in a great location. Malasana is an awesome little trendy neighbourhood with heaps of places to eat and drink and explore. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, had all the facilities you'd expect.

A few things to note that I didn't expect: 1. My biggest gripe with this place was regarding check-in. I had checked in online prior and got the security codes. However, the code for the unit they gave me was incorrect. Luckily I arrived before 10pm (this is when their WhatsApp support finishes), if I had arrived after I would've needed to find somewhere else to spend the night? It took them 15 minutes to respond to my message so I was just waiting outside the unit until they responded. 2. There is NO late check-out, even for an extra 30mins and you can't leave your bag at the property, so I had to just go to the airport super early. 3. This is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel, so no daily cleaning.

the location was perfect and the apartment size was great and very comfortable.

there was no cellular service in the apartment. the most difficult part is there’s no reception or on location staff so you need to write to them and the turn around time is long. also there’s no flexibility on check in times even if apartments are available, we reached at 2.45pm and still didn’t have our check in details and had to call, text the property profusely to get the details. i made the mistake of booking a room on the ground floor (disability access). there was no natural light (super depressing) and the window opened into garbage cans. also there were problems with the flush & tv. we reached out to the property to move us to a higher floor and they did (for a fee) after two days (for a 5 day stay) post which it was very good.

This has been one of the best stays via Booking.com. Beautiful clean and modern luxury apartment that is located close to Gran Via, the Royal Palace, El Retiro park, in a beautiful gay-friendly neighborhood Malasagna and close to Chueca. All amenities were modern and functional. All appliances worked fantastically, though I wish instructions for laundry were provided and I wish the laundry machine was a lot simpler to operate and in a more universal language like English, not Spanish only. I wasted too much time doing laundry as I couldn't find a short cycle, so it took 3 hours to wash a small load. Also loved a truly high-speed WiFi. Gorgeous skylights in the apartments that could be closed for the night and morning.

No instructions for the laundry machines. Very complex laundry machines without English instructions. How can they expect a full building of people to use 2 laundry machines with mostly long 2-3 hour cycles. There should be a machine with 2-3 different shorter cycles. It was a waste of time to do laundry and the laundry is very inconvenient: small. Also, extending my stay by one day was not only hard to accomplish but extremely expensive. One additional day cost me almost the same amount for the previous 3 days!!! That was obnoxious.

Loved the location perfect distance for the two metro lines for the airport and the city centre. Also walking distance to most of Madrid centre if willing. Great cafe's bars & restaurants on the door step especially pez 8. Also managed very easily to get from the apartment to the civitas metropolitano to see atletico madrd via tube.

Slightly small. But for two people it was cosy & cooking was still a breeze. Alot of mixed reviews on this and trip advisor because its fully automated with no staff and that seemed a problem if you came into any trouble however we had a fantastic time. Wouldn't recommend for anything above 2 people would be very cramped for 4 people with pull out bed right in the Livingroom infront of the small kitchen area.

Clean and very new apartment! Really good shower, a lot of kitchen appliances. Relatively easy to get to from anywhere on the city center. The website for check in and check out is really easy and we had no hassle with it.

The only thing we didn't like was that the suite 013 that we stayed had only one small window on the kitchen and no natural light on the bedroom. Also, the bathroom had a really small space between the sink and the door that you had to overcome to enter and exit. It's not a big deal, but for large people or a pregnant woman, that could be a problem.

Location was great. We could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed. (Well, perhaps a smart tv :) )

This is more related to the building... It can get very noisy, but that seems a common problem. We could hear upstairs neighbors until late at night. There was construction on building next door and there were lots of banging and drilling going on. It felt like it was inside our unit. It did stop around 5pm and on the weekend.

Self catering apartment, easy checkin process online and no keys needed with codes provided to enter the building and apartment. Central location on a quiet street. No front desk staff onsite, but I’ve enquired something on WhatsApp, they gave me a call apologising for the wait after just 5 minutes me texting. I didn’t expect an apology, which was not needed. They are very helpful on the phone and responsive.

Not the property’s issue but more of the guests that stayed there who smokes which weren’t allowed.

absolutely great location, in walking distance to all attractions, shops, restaurants,metro; very good leaning service,( we had and whatapp notification about what time they arrive); apartment decor very nice and modern, with all necessary equipment; wi-fi signal and air conditioning was ok, no issues; excellent and quick response from management team via WhatsApp, (access code to property promptly sent once we arrived)

our apartment was located in basement, with small windows, which wasn’t so great.( although we were aware of that before booking); we had a few issues during our stay( blocked shower drainage and leaking through the ceiling)- but it was quickly resolved, we were given a new room above and refund for our last night stay).
