Hotel Life Gran Via Design

I liked the attitude and kindness of the staff. The location is excellent. The room matches the price. The staff made an effort to overcome troubles.

There was discomfort due to regional electricity drop, and as a result the air-condition couldn't work, on an extremely hot day. luckily there was a fan. The shower needs some repair.

We really enjoyed our stay here and chose to stay an extra night in Madrid with the hotel being a strong factor. Excellent. Air conditioning was amazing during the summer stay! Staff very kind, welcoming and accommodating - nothing was an issue. Very close to local amenities, we can’t wait to stay again!

The room was comfy, the staff very friendly and polite, breakfast was really nice, and the location was great.

One of the rooms we booked, 110, was located by the main road and especially in early morning it was too much noise. As per the rubbish collection, like a post office nearby where they did drop and pick up parcels and so on. Quite noise after 7am. I would recommend the rooms in the back. Very quite. I would also suggest a bin in the room please as it was none.

Very good hotel, 4 minutes from Gran Via. The room was comfy and with plenty of room. Given that it is one of the cheapest in the area, it was a good choice.

The room faced the internal court, so the sight wasn't that good. But that is a really meaningless drawback

Location and value was good. Bathroom was extremely large.

Hard time getting into place. Had to figure out how to go to nearby hotel to get into the hotel, as the code wasn't working, and there was nobody there to assist us to get into the hotel.

it is clean. Perfect location in the city. You can walk in Grand Via and plaza de espana. Quiet area in the night. near to care4,

just the comforter does not have a cover but they put it when i requested it.

AC was great! The rooms were good sized. Lockers for luggage were very convenient as I arrived before check-in (my luggage was a little big but the staff quickly gave me another option to store my luggage.)

There was no staff on site but they were quick to answer over whatsapp!

The hotel is fine, very close to the metro and some of the most nice places.

The reception was in the other building. We didn't need anything, but if we would have a problem i assume it would be hard to solve.

Great quality rooms, modern facilities, cleaned perfectly. Great value for money in a great location, very close to the main square.

There were no staff on site - but access was very easy with codes provided in advance and coded holders for key cards on the walls next to the rooms.

Good location. Room in good condition, especially with air conditioning, because the week I went it was very hot.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak.
