The accomodation has an elevator which is a good benefit, especially if you carry heavy luggages. It's in a very good location, in the 'center' of everything, cafes, restaurants, shops... The metro is in walking distance. The supermarket is near by as well. The staff was helpful and super nice. The bed was comfortable. There was also an air-conditioning and a tv. Overall, we really liked our stay for all the convenience we've got alongside. We could also leave our luggages in the reception after checkout.

The bathroom was too small, especially the shower (the shower curtain was constantly getting inside and stickying on me. The toilet is located right in front of the shower so not as convenient. The air-conditioning was working although not as well. The room was very tiny overall.

although in fact it has everything a person needs, from air conditioning, television, nice bathroom, the room is still a bit too small, the view is on the inner courtyard and the residents opposite. I'm also sorry that it doesn't have a corner for all of us chain smokers. I would book it again, I definitely would, because the location is excellent and the cleanliness is top notch

It's a decent budget hotel located in the center of Madrid. The highlight of the room was definitely its comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom is also well laid out and they've got soap and shower gel dispensers, which shows they aren't as stingy as other cheap hotels are. I interacted with only one member of staff and she was very nice and friendly. I didn't require anything from the staff for the duration of my stay but I'm sure that if I needed anything they would have happily helped.

The room was quiet but it had no view to speak of; the window overlooked a light shaft. And speaking of light, there wasn't much entering the room, which made for a rather gloomy atmosphere if you're sensitive to that. But of course others may appreciate that during the summer. Apart from that the room had little in terms of storage space: basically a rail to hand clothes and little else. I didn't mind but it's perhaps something to keep in mind if you need it for a longer stay.

Price is unbelievable good for what we got, room was very clean, just in the middle of City Center, air conditioner very strong and we had no issues with any external sound. Nights were very quiet.

Everything was great, nothing to complain

Brilliant location, very quiet as we had a room at the back of the building. We felt very secure. The room and reception area was spotless. We asked for a kettle and cups and they were brought to our room with coffee, milk and sugar sachets to keep us going. We would definitely book again for the next time we visit Madrid. A big Thank you.

They're obviously smaller rooms due to being in a hostel, but big enough to get around. The shutter blinds didn't work but that doesn't bother us. Water pressure dropped at busier morning times.

The location is superb, the welcome was amazing and my room quite with everything I need to pass the night. The main reason why I booked this property was the check in hours since my train was arriving quite late. The property confirmed that they work 24 hours, so you can easily check in at any time during the late night. That was a big plus since I normally arrive to cities at crazy times. Comfy bed, amazing heating, shower and clean room. You cant ask for more.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They weren't very proficient in English but they did all the needed effort to ensure a smooth communication with us. Location wise, the facility is very well located, easy to find and access, and central to the most important areas of Madrid.
