Woohoo Rooms Hortaleza

Bang in the middle of Chueca, ideal to go out. Recently renovated, large room, super clean, great staff.

Nothing major. Maybe the rooms feel a bit cold and impersonal (more deco needed?). Also, being bang in the middle of Chueca on a busy street, if you have a room facing it, you’ll definitely need earplugs at weekends. Finally, I understand that Madrid has become expensive and this place is as central as it gets, still, I think that the room price is a tiny little bit to high for what’s offered (when I was there 184€ for a double for single use, per night). Nevertheless I would certainly recommend this place!

Great place to stay - the location is really central, close to the shops, bars, restaurants, few food shops just downstairs.I had windows to the "well", but was very happy with that because the area is quite noisy 24 hours a day, and in the room it was really quite. The room was very comfortable, all new and clean. Very friendly staff, free water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Actually everything was just great, no complaints.

Location, Location & Location. All restaurents nearby, we were just off Gran Via station so needs no further saying on location. Small things like bottled water, common microwave, onsite staff. was able to store our luggage after check out.

room were extremely small for a family of 4, photos made it look bigger. Worst part was the bunkbed, it was so noisy even if my kids just turned over it made so much noise and spoiled all our sleep.

This could be the best experience in terms of pleasant surprise! The hotel/rooms are shown as 2-star and when you are in the room, the quality is better compared to many 4-star hotels. Newly refurbished, both the room and bathroom were fresh, clean, cozy. Very comfortable bed and the rooms are very well isolated so you cannot hear any noise from the busy street Hortaleza. The check-in was easy and fluid, despite there is no 24/7 recepcion. Certainly a place to come back to and visit again.

My fave place to stay in Madrid ❤️ Excellent location Perfect little room with everything you need Maria and her staff are all so nice and helpful and accomodating Close.to metro and bus lines and Gran Via Always very clean I love the USBs by the bed for charging phones, tabs etc Lots of shops and restaurants on the street

the wonderful bed, the great hospitality, the location is simply outstanding and the shower is excellent. They cleaned the room daily and in an impeccable way.

there are several stairs on the way to the property (around 10), and that can be a bit of a challenge for a family. there aren’t enough power outlets.

The hotel is very well located and at the same time our room was protected from outside noise. Very clean and with good bedding.

The room was rather small, fortunately we didn't have a large bag. One night a couple down the corridor got in an argument and the one who was locked out of their room made a lot of noise for a looong time. It's probably beyond the hotel's control (there's nobody on duty after hours), unless it's recurrent.

Amazing location, rooms very clean and renovated.

It’s not that I didn’t like, I just would like to suggest that with reservation confirmation reception could send a message explaining that you need to call number 2 hotel on intercom and than to go to second floor reception. We arrived late so we wasn’t sure where to go.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and really clean. The location is amazing and this place is great value for money.

The security light near the door and in the bathroom came on in the middle of the night and woke us up but the staff were very apologetic and said they would fix it.

Maria and her staff are very sweet, kind and helpful. And thanx to Juan, I scored great seats to the Real Madrid fútbol game.....gooooolllll lol. The room was beautiful and spacious. The location in the heart of town was perfect and close to everything!

There was a bit of street noise, as the room faces a busy street, but nothing that would affect a good night's sleep.
