The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfy beds!
One room had an inoperable toilet, but it was an easy switch to a new room for that guest. On the breakfast buffet, It would have been better if the eggs were not made with cheese though as that limited people with dairy allergies.

The location, price, and amenities (hot breakfast, pool, snacks to buy at the front desk) were great! The front desk people were very friendly as well.
The light switches in our room did not work properly at all; for example, if you turned off one, then bed side lamps wouldn’t turn on. The bathroom air vent wasn’t working either.

water pressure in the shower is weak. I always judge a hotel by the strength of the shower. which is strange because the two other times I have stayed at you hotel the showers were great. the break offerings was a little lite as well.

It was very good,I would recommend friends and family coming to the area to stay at the Hampton Inn
Everything is new so the first two rooms were not in good order- TV not working,then the second room the blinds were not working So finally I got into a better room due to having issues.Everything worked out so I stayed two nights.

Excellent location for HEB Center where we saw TobyMac. The staff was amazing and rooms were top notch. We definitely will be staying at this location again. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Crystal at the front desk was amazing. I came down to get a drink and she had a less than pleasant customer at the desk. She never wavered from her friendly helping self! Kudos to her! She does her job so well.

The staff was amazing. They asked me how day went. Asked about the comic con I was making an appearance at. They showed genuine interest in me and my stay.
