Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms and linens/pillows. A/C worked well. Good options for a quick, hot breakfast. Room and common areas were nicely kept up/clean.

The serving area for breakfast was exceedingly warm/hot (maybe the a/c was out at that time). But this was a minor inconvenience. The tub area in our room was pretty "worn" with corroded metal and peeling areas, but also... I can tell it was being attended to as best as possible without the expense of a total replacement. It was clean! :o)

I was in town for a conference at UT and chose this hotel even though it was about 15 miles from the university based on its reviews and price. The drive back and forth was not bad even in Friday rush hour. The hotel was in a nice quiet location with restaurants nearby. The King room was very large with a sofa and nice coffee/tea setup. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the A/C kept it nice and cool! I slept great! I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Austin on business.

The only downside if you are traveling into the city is that it is just outside the city. But the drive wasn't bad and the price was so much cheaper than hotels centrally located. It was worth the little extra time to stay here.

Breakfast was adequate, location was near the highway, but tucked in a little bit back, so surprisingly it was quiet. I had a room with the window facing the access road of highway, and I didn't hear any traffic noise at night. This room also has something I have never seen before at any hotel, a track type window frame system for the window, with a "dark room" curtain. The curtain was on a track system so it slid easily along the track up or down and made the room completely dark when all the way down, which I like to have to sleep, no light came in, in the morning either through the window. I wish all hotels had this type of window curtain track system. It is a pretty genius idea. Bed was pretty comfortable, which is hard for me to find, as I require a soft bed due to back issues. Size was good (king bed room, regular room), and had good storage. TV was mounted on a adjustable swivel mount too, which was easy to watch Tv from any position in the main room.

There were a few minor repair issues needed with my room, but nothing major. Microwave glass tray piece inside, seemed to be from another type of microwave, and would not fit on the piece that rotates the glass tray while cooking your items, so it could not be used to evenly cook your items as it was unstable. Otherwise it was good.

Location was perfect!! We frequent our stay here when in Austin because of the location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are always clean and because we stay numerous days, they put us out of the way of high traffic hallways and away from elevator.

There isn't anything we don't like about this facility. It's near a McDonalds and not far from a Starbucks and HEB.

clean and safe area. The room was spacious the beds were very very comfortable, everything felt really comfortable to be in. The lobby was clean the hotel smelled great and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

two of the concierge‘s that were working the front desk during different shifts seemed like they didn’t want to help customers and were not available at any moment when I went to the desk or even tried calling from my room but two other gentleman that were working on different shifts were very helpful and made up for the other two’s unprofessionalism

They also had a good hot breakfast, and a hot tub. Which the children and I used every day.

I didn't like the way booking.com did my reservations, they'cancelled my first reservations and changed me a cancellation fee of $229.00 and when I made the same reservation at the same Property they went up on the cost of my rooms!

I enjoyed the fact of how close it was to all the things me and my friends wanted to do. We were able to go to lake Travis during the day or the botanical garden nearby, then at night take a small commute to 6th street to party. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The beds were insanely comfortable, better than other hotels for sure.

Most likely an accident, but one of our rooms didn’t have a TV controller lol.

Let me first start by saying that if you are in between which hotel to choose, this one is it! I believe we paid about $455 for the 4 nights. Given the countless of bookings my fiancé and I went through trying to find an affordable and clean hotel, it’s obvious we went for this one. No regrets on booking it, we definitely felt like it was worth every penny. Great customer service, the cleanliness was amazing. Breakfast... is well acceptable because of “COVID-19.” Don’t think you’re getting the continental breakfast that you typically would before COVID because you aren’t. For breakfast, there are muffins, jimmy deen(dean whatever) sandwiches, to-go cereals, oranges, bananas, milk, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, and coffee. It’s all very on the go kind of breakfast, just a quick refuel for the morning Austin adventures. All in all, excellent service, just go for it - it’s in a nice quite area and it’s not noisy at all. Amazing get away!

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and the staff was great. Location was great, easy to get to.

The entry door had some issues, hard to open and was dragging on the floor to the point it wouldn’t close without having to push it. It would just stay all the way open if not. Toilet had problems, tank would not fill properly which also caused flushing problems. I mentioned it to front desk when checking out.
