I was in town for one night with my mother to attend a funeral and this hotel was conveniently located and perfectly met our needs. It was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very friendly from Evelyn when we checked in the first afternoon until Patricia when we left the next morning. The breakfast was not large but was more than we expected. There was sausage and scrambled eggs and a waffle maker and then the other breakfast items that you find on a continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this quality inn and would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

I don't have any breakfast becouse I doesn't know then the woman front desk was so rude with me when I check out then she don't told me about breakfast. Just becouse I ask her if I can wait in lobby becouse my family came for me then say "no how long just I give you 10'" minutes"looks like she was mad with me I don't understand. This woman no good for customer service just scream .to employees.

Becouse the woman in the Front Deskl when I am check out was so rude with me. I can't stay standing for long time I am desable.

Very dissatisfied with housekeeping!!! I forgot my pillow and a power plug for my phone. Called last evening talked to Terry and he said that neither was in the lost and found but the pillow may be in the laundry. What would my pillow, with a blue patterned pillow case, be doing in your laundry? The house keeper should have put it in the lost and found immediately! You either have unreliable housekeepers or you don't care about your patrons. We will be back in Cedar Park in about three weeks and will be looking for lodging again. Definitely want to stay in the best and safest hotel. Hope you can let me know my items have been found and are awaiting my return for pickup! We stayed Friday and Saturday, March 12 and 13th in room number 108. Thanks for looking into and resolving this issue, anxiously awaiting your reply!

Woops! Put the "didn't like" in the "like" box. We to Cedar Park many times a year and have always stayed at your hotel. Would rather not find another hotel but SERVICE is everything when traveling.

Location was great, close to Austin and Leander. The staff did help with our needing to extend our stay, which was nice.

There were some bugs in our room (spiders and one roach) but it's Texas, so.... Not a big deal, bugs were killed and disposed of, no worries. We were told there was a laundry unit but we couldn't access it, and we weren't allowed to check in early.

It was OK. It would be nice if food choice could be alternated. Food was exactly the same on our second breakfast. Better choices would be awesome.

Desk Agent was difficult to understand.

I came down for a paintball game at Texas paintball and the Quality Inn was minutes from the field walking distance to Walmart, Heb, mcdonald's. Staff was great, the young gentleman at the desk at night was nice and really cool the lady at the desk during the day was sweet and thoughtful and came in clutch with a paper clip when my go pro mount broke 😂 thank you ma'am

The lighting in the room was a little on the dim side but was bright for what I needed so it wasn't a deal breaker in anyway. Just a preference

Smoke detector kept beeping. Needs to be checked or verified it's working more frequently.

I stayed at the Marriott the night b4 in Dallas. That room was 83 per nite. It was beautiful. Your room was 150 per night. I would've expected prices to be 150 @ the Marriott and 83 @ quality inn

The staff was very helpful and made you feel welcome. We meet both evening and morning staff and was greeted with friendly responses to our questions and needs,

There was nothing to dislike about our accommodations.
