Needed to book a room last minute for my mom who uses a wheelchair. The room we originally booked was unavailable as somebody else at the hotel booked it and changed our reservation to a regular room without our knowledge. At checking the staff upgraded her to a suite, at no additional charge, that was an ADA room. We were so grateful! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and coffee. The hotel is looking worn on common areas but we had a very good experience. We did not visit the pool so no comments to make.

Diana Garcia was a phenomenal host from the beginning of check-in through check out and everything in between. She even sang happy birthday to me in Spanish. Diana has a beautiful voice. Rooms are very clean. All other area staff were also friendly. I initially had some noisy neighbors, but there was no pushback when I asked for a room in a quieter section. It was a great birthday weekend ☺️

They are in desperate need of new towels. Breakfast needed a little help too. Sausage was under cooked. There needs to be a better cereal selection. I also didn't see yogurt options.

I loved the fact that whenever you walked in it smelled very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that one Saturday night I got off the staff allowed this man big dog run around free like it was outside. I had to yell who dog is this, because it was coming toward me. If this is a pet hotel make it noticeable for guest. Because nobody wanna enter a place they’re staying and be greeted by a dog. So unprofessional

The employees were fabulous. I love the modern decor. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing!

The bed was very hard. The furniture was heavily scratched and looked worn. The walls had holes/scratches/missing wallpaper. All the outlets in the room were taken up by lamps, alarm clocks, coffee machine, etc. There was one outlet open by the chair between the bed and jacuzzi. The top outlet was plugged or closed and you couldn’t plug anything in there. The bottom one was so loose, my charger wouldn’t stay in. I charged my phone in the bathroom which was a little inconvenient.

The location was great. We were 1/2 way between everything we wanted to see.

The air conditioner in the room kept talking to itself. We turned on the constant fan as I liked it cold and the constant white noise, but the conditioner would gurgle and make a lot more noise. Second, the fire alarm went off on Tuesday morning at 530am. It took us a while to figure out what was going on but made our way to the ground floor and out the side door. The fire department arrived, and we're back in their vehicle within 5 minutes. We never did find out what happened or what set off the alarm.

I’m honestly shocked at how much i enjoyed my stay. booked last minute and now my mind has changed about hotels like la Quinta. i thought the more expensive the better the experience but now I’m reconsidering. i loved my spacious king room and since i had to work there i appreciated the long desk to work from. WiFi was sometimes spotty but not enough to lower my rating. they had coffee and water available all day. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!!! probably the most fav part of the day was going down for breakfast. then I’d work in the patio outside before going back up. Book this place. will be my go to in this area. bang for your buck! staff was great too. very attentive! breakfast was like scrambled eggs, Texas shaped waffles, bacon, biscuits gravy oatmeal, bagels just to name a few

The easy access to the property from the airport was excellent and just took a 40-minute drive. The property is clean and tidy, and the staff are most helpful. The lift was not functioning. They offered to cancel our room and reimburse us or relocate us to the floor above the ground, which we were pleased about. The staff carried our luggage to our room too. Breakfast was great, too. As we departed, we met the manager who was courteous, apologetic about the lift, and looked forward to welcoming us back.

I initially requested a double bed room, but when I checked in, I received a king bedroom. The room still met my needs. There's a coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was great!

Someone was given a key to my room, and they opened my room. Come to find out, the "system" gave me someone else's room, so that had to be straightened out. The new girl had to call the manager to figure out how it even happened.

Clean well presented room. Lots of plug ins and full side table for each bed. HOT water if you want it! Large fridge was nice. Thermostat for room worked great. WiFi was good. Nice selection of pillows. LOCATION was great for restaurants and shops nearby. In & Out Burger was my favorite, just across the street. Hot breakfast was nice with a couple choices for sausage and bacon and eggs or biscuits and gravy. Waffles and other breads were an option as well. Very kind and available staff including the room staff. They were super attentive and available to help.

It would have been nice to have yogurt for breakfast. Mattresses were squeaky! When a person rolled over it was LOUD.

When we arrived on April 30, 2023, the elevator was not working. Juan, the night clerk, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We are 82 years old. Juan helped us carry our luggage up to our room. We were very impressed!

Elevator not working. Finding the hotel late at night was a challenge. We missed the unlighted driveway and ended up driving a distance to get back to the hotel.
