Unique room layout! Loved the hidden fridge and microwave cabinet! Hotel wasn’t full so was upgraded to a balcony room on the top floor, enjoyed the view dispute the construction. It was a very cozy room and exactly what we needed.

The pillows weren’t supportive enough for my boyfriend, but everyone is different so I enjoyed them. A/C randomly shut off in our room but not a big deal.

My mom, dad, younger brother and I stayed here. We were very warmly greeted by Dani. She was awesome, professional, very friendly. We couldn’t have to check in until 3 o’clock but we arrived there At around 11:30 am exhausted and she let us check in earlier which was great. The lobby all the public areas were very clean, modern, very comfortable. Our room was very clean and very comfortable the beds and the pillows and everything was great. We left there extremely satisfied with our stay. Great staff. Great service. Great Property. Great stay!

I enjoyed the use of the gym and found the front desk staff to be very helpful and professional. I also found the rooms to be comfortable and nicely decorated.

I have dietary restrictions and therefore I did not eat any of the breakfast provided. I would have liked to have had some low-carbohydrate/ low glycemic options available. Also, I found hair in my shower on the first day there and found that the cleaning service that was provided was not as thorough as I would have liked. There were surfaces that were not wiped down and left dusty.

The balcony, the bedding, the coffee, hairdryer, and toiletries were awesome. I especially loved the pillows and comforters. The staff was so nice and helpful. The lobby area had a nice feel to it, and I thouroughly enjoyed seeing what appears to be an old family homestead still holding on in the midst of suburban sprawl. The facilities in general seemed well maintained and clean. They had fantastic breakfast bags to go and what seems like nice food options under normal conditions. The market has healthy options plus classic treats. Family friendly and equally great for a business trip or simple retreat. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much to complain about. The thermostat wasn't working and the tub texture was flaking a little.

Indoor pool, comfortable room

Staff could be more friendly. My family also does not wear masks for personal reasons and we were able to check in with no issues, no one said anything about us not wearing a mask. Then we came to get drinks later that night, lady at counter didn’t say anything. Then the next two days we were there the lady kept telling us to put on a mask. If your going to require masks, require it upon checking in not later on after your already checked in. Respect everyone’s decision not to wear one for personal and medical reasons.

The staff were very friendly. The room were very clean as well. It’s a really good location too. It didn’t take too long to get to the places we wanted to visit. We stayed in a deluxe king room. It was a nice size room. It had a regular tub shower in the bathroom. Our room had a nice view as well. You could see cows grazing in a small pasture out the window😀 Overall, we would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Austin.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like while staying there.

Very friendly front desk receptionist, Answered any questions I had and even had a balcony. Very clean, and the room was very roomy and cold. ( I like it cold!) We also did not hear any noise from upstairs or downstairs which was a major plus for us.

The only thing we didnt care for was the fact that the normal breakfast and Starbucks were not open due to covid.. and normal entries for the hotel were locked also due to covid.

My husband and enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Only complaint I had was there was no good creamer for the coffee. The powdered creamer tasted a bit sour and I wish the cafe on the first floor was open for guests. We ended driving to a nearby Starbucks every morning. But Overall our stay were wonderful, thank you.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite and went out if their way to make us comfortable.

I ordered a room with a sleeper couch but my room didn't have one. I was switched to another room but it didn't have one either. Someone had to bring me an extra bed.

The rooms are always clean as is the rest of the property. The location is very convenient.

The breakfast options are disappointing enough that we left both days to find another place to eat.
