everything was nice however on our last morning, housekeeping parked their cart right outside our room and were yelling to each other for about an hour. they were yelling over the vacuum and down the halls very loudly. the walls are thin and we had a do not disturb on our door but they did not seem to care. This was happening at 8:30-9:30 on a Sunday morning. when trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation, this was unacceptable.

Breakfast supposed to be from 7 to 10 When I when to get my Coffe around 9:25 waiting for my daughter to come down and get her food at soon as I walk out of the food area that cafeteria lady closed the doors I look at my watch and a was 9:30 sh so my daughter dint have the opportunity to get breakfast I was really upset about it she closed those doors way before 10 am

Breakfast was great! The staff were extremely helpful and got quarters for us so we could do our laundry.

No butter available for toast. Also the creamer, sugar, etc. In the rooms should not all be packaged together because there is too much waste generated for people who don't use all the components. A change machine in the laundry room.

Easy parking and location was great. The staff was friendly and personable.

We called the front desk the first morning and were told breakfast was available until 11:00. We got there at 9:30 and it was over. The second morning we got there in time to eat but they serve the world’s WORST eggs! Yuck! We said “Best Western sure has this place beat for breakfasts!” We weren’t the only people there who were grumbling. They were probably powdered eggs mixed with water. Also, the heat/ac was either too hot or too cold, couldn’t be adjusted to be comfortable.

Manager was great! Above & beyond!

Price a little high for room. No changes allowed and full payment processed at check-in. Lots of construction nearby. Construction workers staying at hotel & grabbed most of the breakfast as soon as it opened.

Location and clean room.

Staff wasn't very talkative or friendly. The foyer was dirty and the floors were sticky both days we were there.

Hotel was superb, clean bed was so comfy, and great location, lots of restaurants and stores, I definitely would stay there again

The breakfast was so-so. most of the hot things were cold. Especially the eggs.

i'm not sure you can improve on how the weather affects your rooms but it was clammy. I hate "through the wall" A/C's

The room was spacious for a group of 5. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Very pleased with our accommodations.

No complaints at all.

Not much room for trailers parking. Being i was in town for work I had my work trailer and parking is limited for this
