Comfortable spacious room. Very clean bathroom, all that we need in it was there. Polite Staff. Parking accessible. Breakfast included. Pool with good temperature and very clean. Appliances in the room nice clean and not noisy.

Only the Breakfast Variety, no bacon, no yogurt variety people preferred berries and all was Apricot, juices were pure sugar. The chlorine level in the pool was super high, that was the reason we did not stay longer in it. The coverlet of my bed was in need of a wash was visibly dirty, not whitey white.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing exceptional. The coffee was not good. The room was nice and spacious.

The coffee could be improved. It would be nice to have oat milk or soy milk as an option. Loud people going in and out during the night. My room was right by an exit to the parking lot, so that could have been a factor.

The location is good and was very convenient for what I needed. They have free wifi but I didn't use it.

Because I was staying multiple nights housekeeping didn't even knock on the door to see if we needed anything or if the trash needed taken out. Tried doing an early check in and couldn't and then tried again at 2 and the room and floor they put me on wasn't done yet so they still wouldn't let me check in wouldn't even move me to a different floor where the room was clean just told me your room isn't ready so come back at 3. Then when I checked in, had one person check me in and then handed my paperwork to another person to have him give me my room keys and sign my paperwork.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Comfort Suites in Cedar Park! The beds were sooo comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent and hot. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. We had intended to eat breakfast, but since they still were not serving ‘hot’ foods, we opted for other options nearby. The location was perfect with nearby shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Thin walls, wall patch repairs that were not painted, food found under bench from previous guests, and loud/rude neighbors in hallway all night.

Since it’s Covid - adequate breakfast. Only one jell and a few more p-but butter. In another hotel we stayed in Seattle before and after- before waffles, scrambled eggs etc. After you could pick up breakfast bag with choice of egg sandwich, fruitand muffin - or other choices. That was delicious and hot. There was nobody in breakfast area any of the days we were there... we took a bagel for the road. Adequate fir the times but really no thought or anything special!

As above I think you could do more with breakfast- our bed was great. Shower was great but nowhere to put shampoo , conditioner etc- a big shower with no shelves- it was just ok! The last day we were there the toilet was not working- not a good feeling. We reported it and heard you guys were having problem with your toilets. Hmmm- definitely anxiety! So bathroom disappointing. Also for as big of a place you ONLY have 3 luggage carts. No offense but that is crazy. We could never get one- will only stay on first floor- it was just too hard. I have some health issues and we are early seniors. You should consider that!

Indoor heated pool. outdoor sitting area with grill and tables. workout room. laundry facility. computer and printer in lobby. free coffee all the time In lobby. gameroom with Foosball and pool table. great location also! next to Serranos restaurant. many others and shopping nearby.

Breakfast was fine under the circumstances. It will be nice when things are back to normal. The room was nicer than expected and the shower was superb!

The clerk (no one wears name tags) who checked us into the hotel was frazzled and overwhelmed. When I spoke to him later, he was still not a person who could do more than one thing at a time and it takes his complete attention. He had very dirty fingernails which was unusual and off-putting. The clerk the following morning was nice; however, after interacting with her, it just left me with the impression that not the brightest people work there.

I actually didn't have any breakfast at the hotel however, I was very tempted to get the breakfast but was on a pretty tight schedule. If I return to the hotel I will definitely get breakfast next time!

I feel like a lot of it went very swimmingly! The only thing that was somewhat unusual was that the room wasn't ready for me until about an hour after check in, but it was enough time for me to go out and get some food nearby so it wasn't super inconvenient.

The guy who checked me in was courteous and even offered me an option of getting online for a cheaper rate. He was new but did a great job. Room and lobby were super clean.

Price was still a little high to me. Hallway carpet on 4th floor is pretty stained.

I liked that they gave us extra trash bags in the room. not too many places do that. it was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

the pillows go flat as you lay on them, the internet was super slow, I had to end up using my hotspot on my phone to use the Roku.
