La Quinta by Wyndham Knoxville East

This was our first time staying at la quinta, and I was impressed. The room we stayed in was very clean as well as the pool. No signs of any bed bugs or roaches. We ate breakfast the next morning and it was good they had very small biscuits but they were good. They also had coffee and orange juice and the orange juice was awesome, they had sausage scrambled eggs, oatmeal packets, gravy, apples, and cereal. If you want breakfast I suggest you get there right at 7 because it goes quick. The guy at the front desk was very nice . Our overall stay was great we will definitely be visiting again.

My daughter and I were looking to stay an additional day in Gatlinburg so we choose this facility because of the pool and the breakfast so we could just get up eat and go home that following day everything else was just a bonus

Only thing would change instead of having the snack thing at the front desk just use vending machines

The gentlemen that checked us in and the housekeepers were wonderful. The breakfast was enjoyable as well and it was a great location.

The only downside was our room door wouldn’t shut unless it was slammed or we had to keep a lock on it after someone mistakenly walked into the wrong room.

Front desk guy was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Nice, clean facility. Breakfast was a great addition to the overnight stay.

Not a bad thing to say. That's unusual with most places we've encountered over the years.

The staff was amazing and very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. We stayed in a family suite and was perfect. Clean comfortable and there was a little bit of separation from where you slept from where you could watch TV which is what we wanted. Plenty of room too to play the board games we played!

The pool was NOT clean. Didn't seem to bother the kids but I did not swim because of that.

I liked that the wash basin was separate from the bathroom: made it easier for the 4 of us.

Breakfast was open but the dining room was shut. We were allowed to eat in the lobby. So I don't understand the point of shutting the dining room. The room was a little tight for 4 people. They had boards asking people to wear masks but it wasn't enforced.

Location was perfect.

The plumbing was a little off. The sink faucet leaked on to the counter top and got some of my items wet. The shower head was worn out.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond when we arrived very early for check in. The house keepers always had a smile on.

There is no vents in the room and you couldn't open the window to circulate the air. We ended up going and getting air freshener and scented candles which helped some.

Everything from the short time we were there. It was nice and clean and the pool was gorgeous but unfortunately we weren't able to utilize it.

I wasn't there too long just enough time to sleep and eat breakfast and hit the road again. I don't have anything bad to say about this place.
