Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville East

Room was clean and the facilities were in order, i.e. working. We were able to park right in front of our room, being slightly handicapped helped being on the ground floor. TV worked perfectly too. The door had a warp in it so it was difficult to open and close. Except for some noise from the residents above, we were very comfortable and slept well. The office staff was very accommodating.

Fairly quiet location not a lot of traffic noise, clean and organized location room was exactly as described, internet works well good for someone traveling for business like myself

I originally decided to stay at this location due to the fact Breakfast was included, individual granola bar, and individual pastry isn't something I would consider breakfast other hotels have better options. I understand Covid has messed things up but what is being offered can be a lot better, and that's just a minor issue

The price wasn't bad for a room with whirl pool bath. Good location. Several restaurants stores around. Just off the interstate. All in all a good stay.

The handle on whirlpool tub was broke, you don't get your deposit back even if your dogs don't make a mess and you clean up after them, the mattress hurt my back but that could be just me, you all need to get security and clear out the riff raff after hours, oh and breakfast wasn't that great.

Location and the value for the area.

The pool was not clean. Breakfast could have been better. Honey buns and granola bars. We had a problem with the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night. Could not get anyone to look at it. It finally shut off on it’s own.

The location was good the lady that checked us and she was super nice the motel was clean lot of motels when you open the doors they have a funny smell there was no smell in this room I slept really good on this bed and that's hard for me to do..

I came up here to Dollywood at the last minute the rooms were two and three and four and five hundred dollars in pigeon forge I didn't check Gatlinburg because I know it's probably the same I got online with booking.com and found this super 8 by Wyndham in Knoxville just a few minutes more down the road I called the cold and she said it wouldn't be till 4:00 but we got here early because they did have it clean she was very nice the staff's been really nice room was clean I had no problem with it we got in the pool had a good time in the pool I would recommend this motel.

Stop charging ridiculous incidental fee’s. My $71 a night stay turned into $109 after all the fee’s. None of which are refundable. No other Super 8 has done this to me.

The advert said breakfast is included. That is absolutely not the case it's not even a continental breakfast it's barely anything a few pre-packaged sweet rolls and some coffee at most horrible I booked because it said breakfast is included that's a complete falsehood.

The room was very clean. Comfortable beds. We were on the first floor next to the office, so I was concerned about noise but it was very quiet.

The only issue I had was the door was very hard to close. Other than that I have no complaints.

Good location, good value and very clean and spacious room. Housekeeper Crystal was very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance guys didn’t knock the door before came to room. Breakfast were same items everyday and not have much choices.

I loved that they were pet friendly. They were so accommodating to our parking . We had a truck and trailer a Mustang . They were just awesome. So friendly.
