Courtyard by Marriott Knoxville Downtown

Hotel conveniently located to University of Tennessee football stadium. Food at the Bistro was fresh and yummy! Check-in and out were super easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. No hall or neighboring room noise.

There wasn't a thing I could complain about.

The location was great for attending Big Ears: close to two of the major venues. Great public parking option just down the street, too.

The elevators were a little quirky. I don't think I ever completely got the key card operation down. Daily parking fee is too high. The Bistro is associated with Starbucks, but does not accept the Starbucks payment app for payment. So I had to walk to a nearby hotel, and I was not the only one.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

It was advertised closer to Thompson Boling Arena than it was. Price was high not to have complimentary parking and breakfast. If these were included, it would be a fair price.

Booked this hotel at the last minute when my original selection couldn't find my reservation. Was able the park in front of the hotel to check in. Then I self parked my car in the attached parking garage. The Marriott was a little more expensive than my original selection at the Hilton Downtown, but the Hilton was overrun with teenagers attending a cheerleading competition when we got there. There was a line to drop your car off at the valet stand and a long line for elevators inside the hotel when we tried to check in. Once I saw the situation there, I was glad they had lost my reservation! I was happy to pay a little more at the Marriott Downtown and avoid those hassles.

I loved their well-equipped gym! Their staff was accommodating and attentive. The location is excellent and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping.

I requested a late checkout but they could not accommodate my request because I was not a member of Marriott's program.

The location was PERFECT! I was able to walk around town and eat at tons of local restaurants. The room/facilities were clean and the staff was super nice and helpful!

The fact that breakfast was not free was a bummer. Other than that, I do not have ANY complaints :)

I booked and gave the checking person information since I was not present. I then get a call that I had to be present to swipe my card. I am at least 1 hour away. I was also charged more than I reserved the room for.

Hotel parking well lit, easily accessible, and hotel amenities were nice.

Bed could have been move comfortable. Everything else was nice, comfortable, and clean.

I love the location and self parking

I really do not like that you have to pay for parking given the cost for a very clean and comfortable room.

The place was very clean didn't have to worry about that. The layout of the room was perfect.The colors just made it more calm and a good place to relax. I wished i had more days of this place.

The shower could have been a little more stronger and I had to pay for parking.
