The location is amazing, right where we wanted to be in Knoxville. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the front desk staff was great, kind and very responsive at any time (including late night), and helpful too. I had an issue unrelated to the Inn that they were very understanding and I could not have solved without them. Really enjoyed my stayed there.

I like that it quiet the fact that was pretty well clean the floor maybe could use a little better tension got out of the shower just to have black feet from just coming out of the tub and into the room then but other than that it was nice
But other than just saying it up top there with what I did like the floor could use a little more attention and other than that it was pretty decent safe

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. We liked having a fridge and microwave in our room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice varity.
Not a big deal but the bed didn't get made and we ran out of tp.

We had a eighbar who lovex to bath and when he filled tve bsthtub it sounded like our toilet is runing Also at noon when we took a nap sombody worked some heavy aquitmend in the room above us.

The same desk clerk woman( short lady ) every time. She's sharp and efficient. Shes knowledgeable about her job. She iis pleasant on my way in & on way out. Best economy stay in Knox

The beds are amazing! I have stayed here 2 times before in the last 9 years and the beds are the best in the business, firm but so soft you sink in a couple inches. Reminds me of the goose down mattress’s my grandmother had. Sadly, only yogurt for breakfast because of state covid19 restrictions:-(
It’s hard to find! I had been there before but it was dark and raining, I didn’t recognize the hotel (renovated) until I drove around back to park

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, good location, was off the road, so was quite. Cleaned rooms everyday, and gave fresh towels. And it was a great price.
The room smelled musty, even though it was clean, bought some Febreze and sprayed.
