Liked the casual vibe. Overall great. I was out of lotion and they had this amazing lemon scented Lotion! Genius! Wish I knew where to buy it. Great staff abd very clean. Room was small but what we were just there to be in and out mostly anyway. The pool area was nice. Whoever thought up the shower where the pool was is A GENIUS!! I was cold getting out and then to be able to warm up in a shower and wash off the chlorine. Smart!

Quiet hours on a Friday night. We were watching TV and got told to turn the TV down at 1030pm on Friday! Then the same people asking you all to have our TV turned down had their kids up all night screaming. Of course I Didn't complain about kids because I love them but was disappointed. First time ever told to quiet my TV down on. Friday night at 1030 PM. This may be why we choose the sister property next time.

Not really too much I can say because the Hilton never disappoints which is why I always stay at something that is made by hilton. I've stayed at this Hilton many times in the past so some of the staff are familiar with my face. Winter, the wonderful lady that works the third shift is such a pleasure to be around. I can be very hard to please at times and I am very demanding but she's always got a smile on her face and she always does everything that I need done. Not to say that the other staff isn't very much the same I just don't know them as well as I do her because I'm always awake at nights. I will definitely continue to stay here when I am in Knoxville and I would highly recommend this property to anyone

New, crisp clean feel. The breakfast was good and pancake maker was awesome. The lobby was nice, as was the woman at the desk. The cookies were delicious. Bed was comfy. Black out shade was great.

In this day and age, WiFi is expected and nearly always provided without having to be in an elite club, so I forgot to check. The room was small, which wouldn’t have been a problem if we didn’t have a pack n play to set up for the baby, which barely fit. The pool is closed till 10 am - we booked it largely for the pool and we’d been planning on using it before leaving at 9 or 10. There were no clean towels when we went to the pool in the early evening (6ish). We liked the breakfast, but the picture showed a cool donut and bagel display, and there were no donuts at all and only a couple basic bagels. And the orange juice was out, and something else. I just have to assume they’re short staffed like everywhere else!

Very clean. Great location beside the highway.

Understaffed. Checked in at 8pm but the only employee working had to handle the front desk and other issues. No one was at the front desk for 5 minutes when we got there. I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past two years and there was no one at the front desk each time. Breakfast should start at 6am not 6.30am. Considering this is a hotel that highway travellers use, breakfast should start earlier..

I was very impressed with the lady who checked us in (I forgot to ask her name). She was very nice and helpful with information, recommendations, etc. I also think the lobby is great. The décor is so fun. If we were staying longer than the one night, we definitely would have taken advantage of the pool table, board games, and snacks.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. It was already firm, but then not having box springs made the matress like a board. And the pillows had no support at all. My partner and I both woke up with neck and back aches.

This particular location didn’t seem to have a lot of eating or shopping choices around it. Although , it was close to the highway.

I loved the fact that they were able to give us adjoining rooms as I requested. It was very much appreciated. Rooms were not ready at check in, but they were shortly after so this was not an issue. Very friendly staff, and the free water and cookies are wonderful.

The floors in our room could have been cleaner, but we wiped them up. They worked very hard, and fast so they could get us in our room near check in time, which again I appreciated. Everything else was great.

GREAT breakfast. Very clean. Hard floor instead of carpet. Friendly employees. Lobby is socially inviting.

The pillow cases didn't seem changed because they were extremely wrinkled. I'm sure they were clean and changed, but it did make me question it. It may be they type of sheets and cases have a "crinkle" type of fabric.

The people that's where their when I checked in where great so kind so helpful rooms where great pool inside was great loved it should of stayed another night beds where so soft and comfortable the have pool tables too

The pool was cold and they could of had music playing every think else was great
