Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed an early check in and they were accommodating even though they were booked for the weekend. They checked in with me frequently to make sure my stay was going well. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again.

The girl up front was really nice. Not far from the music venue we were going to. Really just wanted a noce clean place to stay for the night.

The only thing I didnt like was hearing the toilet going constantly (assuming when others flushed). However, this didn't interupt sleeping, just annoying when getting ready.

Breakfast was good,a lot of choices,clean and organized.

Our room was not ready till 5:30,check in was at 3:00,we traveled from Gary Indiana,8 hours,had to go get something to eat to kill some time,I understand that we have Covid going on,everyone is short staffed,I’m employed myself,I feel I should have been offered a discount on the room for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was decent, and the accommodates were very comfortable.

There is a sign on the entrance door to the facility clearly stating that staff and guests are required to wear masks while in the premises. However, there was a large group of high school students staying at the motel, none of whom was wearing a mask. I asked a supervisor why these people were not wearing masks, and was told that since Tennessee has no mask-wearing requirement, he could not enforce the policy posted a the entrance. He did tell me, though, that masks and gloves were, without exception, required to be worn at the breakfast facility. There is a disconnect here. If it is company policy that all people at Marriott facilities wear masks, how is it that the policy can be enforced in a special case - dining - but not generally?

Location was right off I75 which was the highway we were traveling on. The property was close to restaurants and gas stations.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. We could hear footsteps, doors closing and talking from the 3rd floor above us. It was annoying.

Didn't like the price for staying just two nights especially in that location, trying to use your rewards points being a member is useless because it saves NOTHING.

Loved the hot breakfast......first time in a year I found a hotel doing hot breakfast.....I really appreciated it. Super easy on and off I-75.....super clean place......very friendly staff.....one ding down to 9 for not having a single queen or king bed room with nice chair and ottoman

I hate double queen bed rooms......i swear to god I booked a single double or single king and was put into a double queen....the double queens take up so much of the room....I like a single queen that gives more room in the room....and to sit in a nice chair with ottoman would have been awesome......In my hr long search online while my wife was driving (we left florida early that morning) I looked at many hotels and only wanted a room with one bed.....most provide one with a nice chair and ottoman to stretch out into.....this venue did not

Great stopping point for our trip south! Excellent reception staff! Pretty good breakfast too!!

RUDE guests that stayed above our room. They let their kids run, jump, slam doors until 1am. My fault for not complaining… just tired and wanted to sleep.

The staff went above and beyond. Using BOOKING.COM IS A DISASTER !!!! Thank goodness Hamptons inn Manager was willing to come back to work and help get everything fixed.

it very comfortable I like it so much staff are very friendly They are also cheerful, which made me stay here as if I were in my home .. The help from the reception was very nice and professional. Thank you to them and thank you for the most wonderful hotel
