Didn’t realize when I booked I would have to be paying for Valet parking and I thought it was over priced and I didn’t like the idea they added a tip in making the extra cost of 50 dollars per day. Website should specific that it is Valet parking and the cost.

The unique decor of the hotel and rooms truly made for an enjoyable, one of a kind experience. Everything was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and they offer a complimentary cup of coffee from the coffee shop that's located in the lobby. The location is great if you don't mind college students and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I wish we had a view of the mountains from our room but overall, the Graduate is great and I couldn't be happier with our stay.

The glass bathroom door doesn't offer enough privacy, you can easily hear your neighbors and hallway traffic, no microwave or coffee maker in room. But, none of these minor infractions will prevent me from coming back as everything was really great!

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice. I only stayed here for less than 8 hours.

Found a ding on my credit card for $32.78 which I am not happy about. I did not damage any property or remove anything from the hotel. Opted not to stay here a week later because I was afraid of another unexpected charge. I just discovered, that the extra charge was for parking. I did not use the valet service because there was a long line at the time I arrived. I asked the young woman at the front desk where I could park and she told me to park in the lot in front of the lobby. I was never told that there was a fee!! I tipped the valet (twice) because I felt bad that I parked my car myself. Knowing what I know now, I feel stupid. Nice hotel, but I will opt to stay somewhere else next time.

The decore at TGH never disappoints. Each one I have stayed in is so unique which really adds to the atmosphere. The staff is always kind and helpful. The vallet was exceptionally helpful and kind upon our late arrival.

The only issue I had was the room was tight, we had two double beds and I was staying with my 3 kids for a college visit and it was tight with our bags but we would not let this keep us from booking this location for another visit.

This was a very eclectic room. A lot was going on in the decor so we were discovering something new even the next morning. There were plenty of outlets and usb ports available. It was comfortable and clean.

It was ok for us, but a word of warning for others: the bed in our room was very high. If you have mobility issues this could be a problem. The hotel does not offer self-park so travelers should be aware there will be an additional fee for parking. This is in the details on the booking app, but could be easily overlooked.

It was very convenient to have breakfast in the lobby. It was made to order, i.e. no buffet type setup. So it took a minute to get your food.

There was only one small trash can which was in the bathroom. I like to clean up after myself when I check out. However I had to put some trash, to-go boxes, etc on the bathroom counter because there was no room to put it elsewhere. Also, there was no anti-slip mat in the shower which was abit slippery.

Rooms are beautifully decorated and fun. I liked that there was a cafe in the lobby with excellent coffee. Relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff.

The Saloon downstairs is a nice amenity but the wine was overpriced. Valet parking is pretty much a must because they don't have a parking lot.

The decor was beautiful. The location was great for the event we were going to. The rooms were extremely nice and beds so comfortable. Also, it was very nice they allowed pets for a minimal fee.

The restaurant was very disappointing. We had read and heard good reviews so we were looking forward to sit down for a nice meal. But when we went in, never got a menu or a drink when we asked for an iced tea for over 20 or more minutes. Which led to me to not getting a meal for the day since I was waiting to have dinner at the restaurant before the event. The other miscommunication was after the valet parked our car,we were told we couldn’t get back into the car until we left. Well, we were not aware of this policy when we arrived. So, of course things were left in the car that we needed.

I absolutely love staying at the Graduate Knoxville especially when I'm visiting my son at UT. So convenient for walking around UT, rooms are fresh and clean and of course beautifully decorated. Parking great as well. I enjoyed the free coffee as well in the morning

This is my second stay at the Graduate Knoxville and I also would like to add I was traveling with my parents. We all went to a concert on campus which didn't get out until around 10:30pm. I had the idea of eating at the Saloon 16 so we could all catch up together after the concert. I'd already looked online at the menu and it looked good. Well this is pretty much a dirty college bar, drunks greeted us at the door as you walk through a cloud of smoke, tables weren't clean, we sat down for a bit, noone came over to us. So we left and walked over to the McDonald's. Very disappointing

The lady at the coffee shop was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied and Ms. Robin with the cleaning staff was so sweet. We forgot a toothbrush and she went all the way downstairs to get us one and made sure the room had plenty of towels and everything we needed. The rooms were decorated so well and everyone on staff made sure our trip was fantastic!

That we couldn't stay longer. I have zero complaints, everything was perfect! I had tried 5 other hotels in the area and the Graduate exceeds all of them by miles!
