I stayed there for two weeks (work). Room was great, clean, good facilities, great view. Breakfast was good.. (ham and chesese omelettes are v tasty). Breakfast staff were excellent. Roof bar is amazing (super views, and seating areas) with some complementary food and drink until 7pm. Also a really good coffee dock close to the street front, adjacent to a games room (games room also within the hotel). I parked my car in a garage 2min walk away...staff will give u directions (very cheap..3-4 dollars a day). Location is the best in town. Overall very hapoy with my stay.

Room was perfect! Super modern elevator(trust me on this one! lol). We were upgraded to a 2 room suite after they had overbooked our Peloton King room and it was worth it! All the little touches did not go unnoticed, from the TV's welcoming us by name to actual creamers with the in room Kruig(yes it matters!!...LOL), this is how a stay should be! Location to the Bijou Theatre was a short walk. Whether you drink or not......a must see is the rooftop lounge and spa/pool. Best view and rooftop place to chill in the entire city!

Minor thing was parking. Valet is $35 for overnight which is not crazy except that the parking garage across the street is free on the weekends. Would have liked some ambient lighting options in the room. EVERY bulb was BRIGHT white.

We like everything! This is our 2nd year staying at this location we come to Knoxville for a volleyball tournament at the convention center which is in walking distance from the hotel. We like the suites because you can close the bedroom off and the bathroom is not in the bedroom that way we can stay up late and not disturb my daughter and you still have the separate living area. The breakfast has lot’s of options, there are restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. The suites are spacious, and the staff is very courteous. They might have live entertainment, we’ve been able to enjoy a live pianist!

This is our 2nd year staying at this location. We are in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, which is 2 blocks away, walking distance from the hotel. This is a good area. You can walk to anything, food entertainment etc. It's 4 of us in my family. We always get the double queen suite with the sofa sleeper. We let the teenagers take the room and my husband and I use the sofa bed. I like that the bathroom is not in the bedroom so we don't wake anyone up if we need to use it.

The rooms were very nice, large and the beds were most comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, a good size and had plenty of towels, etc. The AC was easy to turn up or down. The front sitting room with a desk and a wet bar was most useful.

The room (816) was suppose to be "smoke free" and upon entering the room, we smelled stale cigarette smoke each time we entered. I did not tell management as it was livable, but a bit irritating for someone who hates cigarette smoke.

Staff was very friendly they made you feel welcome. Didn't need transportation to walk around everything from shops, restaurants, movie theater.

Definitely should have thought about parking when decided to turn the use to be bank into a hotel especially for people that are handicap.

Like: Text the guest services any questions before, during or after my stay. Wonderful feat!The room was so comfortable, bed was perfect, plenty of room for my family of 5. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, but better than most free breakfast. I wish I would’ve tried a cook to order omelet, I’m sure that was great. And last, but not least The staff was beyond friendly! Pam was quick to respond to the texts, easy to check in and very helpful. The breakfast crew was Phenomenal. Every time we turned around there were there to assist or help me with food. I was there with a 3 and 1 year old so the help and the friendly smiles made my day. Valet guys were great! We don’t valet so it was all new to us and a bit frustrating. The departure day valet brought our car. I cleaned out some leftover trash and the young man came and took it for me and threw it away. Dislike: the pack n play would not lock in the bottom middle. Also, valet area was packed with people and cars that it was hard to find a spot to unload and hand off the key to valet. I would love to come back without kids and enjoy the rooftop lounge that I never even got to see. Thank you for a great 13 hour stay, we wish it would’ve been longer.

Smartly done and perfectly located. It felt fresh and sleek

The breakfast guys practically ran us out of the breakfast room at 9:40. They turned off the lights with people still sitting at the tables. It seemed to be all about their need to be done rather than the customer’s needs. We arrived at breakfast right at the end of the period, and had just taken what was to be our last bite when the employee yanked our plates off the table and wiped it down with us sitting there. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Everything about it was wonderful. The rooftop bar was very very nice. The breakfast staff were very professional and got us seated right away. Every year, I get a hotel room over the weekend with my sisters just for a short weekend vacation. We are from west Knoxville and Embassy suites was by far the best. Thank you and we will be back

Waiting on an elevator took too long, price for valet parking at $60/night is too high.
