MainStay Suites Knoxville North I-75

Very spacious room and also it was easy access from the highway. It was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Good value for the room we got- I was pleasantly surprised.

I appreciated the breakfast, but it was not very good. No fruit and very limited options. I’ve been at hotels before that include free breakfast, so I know what to expect (I’m not expecting a gold standard meal), but this hotel was definitely on the lower end of basic. The hotel was very nice, but, it is utilitarian -and as long as you know that going in, you won’t be disappointed.

Staff were nice and helpful.

We had a confirmed reservation for our room. However, due to our later arrival on check in, they switched our room with a nice view from the balcony to one overlooking the dumpsters. Informed people who check in later get leftover rooms. Informed her we had confirmed reservation- stated that's why you still have a room 😖 Room & bathroom wall fans didn't work, had to get box fan from front desk to circulate air and increase ventilation.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom, large fridge and sink, various kitchen utensils. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast with biscuits, hamburger, yogurt, cream cheese, bread, waffle, chocolate chips and orange juice. Ample parking. Quiet location.

Employee Kim performed above expectations but other employees can be trained to provide a more courteous service. The scrambled eggs were a little dry and the oatmeal a little watery.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Kaitlyn and Kim the manager were awesome! We had an issue with our room, which was my fault, not theirs, and they were overly accommodating to help us! They were wonderful to work with! Thank you!!

The Staff, the kitchen in the room but especially the bed, it was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome

Only had one regular coffee and only two regular sugars for 4 cups of coffee but was provided them simply by asking. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work

I didn’t stay for breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, there was a coffee maker and hair dryer in the room. I was surprised at the mini kitchen, since I had never stayed at one before. Anytime I travel try there I will definitely stay again

Nothing, it was awesome

Everything was modern and very clean. As close as it was to the interstate you could not hear traffic and it was quiet.

It was just a little tricky to find but once you realized how to get into the lot it was easy to park.

It was in a good location and easy to get to. There was a Cracker Barrel and Hooters on either side of the hotel. Other restaurants and shopping was 3.5 miles away. The staff were also friendly.

the website said there was a restaurant with a bar I asked when I got there nothing like that she said maybe in the hotel down south but not at this one.

The prices was fantastic for what we got! And I enjoyed having a "true" suite. We had an actual room that was separated from the living area where the pullout bed was. Made things great for my husband and I to have some separation. The best part was that I booked on the wrong date, and when I called to see if I could correct it, they were super nice and understandable. Unless it's Chik-fil-A, it's rare to get that kind of customer service nowadays.

It could've stood to be a bit cleaner. When we removed the cushions from the sofa to access the pullout bed, there were stains on the fabric and the mattress just didn't seem sanitized. Thank goodness the sheets were clean tho!
