Hampton Inn Knoxville-East

One of the best “on the road” hotels we have stayed in recently. Front desk staff was lovely even at 11pm (and again in the morning) as was the woman running breakfast by herself. Best hotel free breakfast I have had in a while! Lucked into larger wheelchair accessible room which was nice with kids. Large TV and chaise lounge in room were nice additions. Room fridge was about twice the size as the usual hotel room fridge. Nice little shop in the lobby for extras. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Main breakfast area was spacious, light, not crowded when we stayed. Plenty of coffee available.

Bedding was great but beds themselves were too firm for my taste. Rooms were mostly very clean but just missed a couple corners and a hair on the bath wall in the bathroom. Shower was warm enough to wash but not nearly hot enough to really enjoy. No plug or table on outside of beds for those sharing a bed. All of this felt somewhat minor.

Breakfast was hot. It wasn't the best breakfast but for the most part, it was very good. Waffles were always available and there was usually something different on the hot bar each day and breakfast ran all the way until 10:00 am which was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating.

The tv in our room was damaged, but functional. It had 3 random bright spots in the middle of the screen that was annoying but after a while you mostly forgot they were there. I could have called the front desk but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Clean rooms clean bathrooms . One of the biggest king rooms. We got the pet freindly one and it was near to exit. Love the location it's near to few restaurants and i81. We stopped for one night only. Saw a pool too. Will be back in transit Good breakfast, eggs, and sausage

Our room and bathroom was clean, stylish and very spacious. The layout was very well thought out! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Easy access to the interstate was a plus as well as a nice restaurant just a few feet away. We got to enjoy a meal with our son who lives nearby. Everything was just right and peaceful. Thank you for a great night’s stay!

The breakfast was really good and the dining area was large enough to accomodate a good many people. The service was excellent and I definitely would stay here again.

I forgot to bring my shower cap and hoped there would be one in the bathroom. However, I didn't contact the front desk to ask for one. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and we almost ran out. Other than that I can't think of any issues.

The cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The staff were helpful and friendly. Seemed to take pride in their hotel. They were even able to keep the breakfast area clean during the whole serving time.

They could use a second person at the desk. There was a line with half dozen people waiting to check in.

Wonderful staff at check-in. Excellent breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, potatoes, and cereal ( hot and cold). The room was clean, and the shower was hot.

Everything was perfect. It's one of the best stays I've experienced.

The hotel was very convenient with close access to our family & everything else we needed. The room was clean, contactless check in was a great addition & the staff...especially Ms. Alexis...we’re great. The beds & pillows weren’t too comfortable for my husband...but I don’t think anything will compare to our adjustable bed🤷🏽‍♀️🤣...but that definitively wasn’t a deal breaker. We ended up having to cut our trip short & leave a day earlier due to an emergency with the family & the checkout process was very smooth & the staff accommodating. Now, just hoping “that part” will be just as smooth with Booking.com!😉

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. It was a good value and a great place to overnight on our trip from Michigan to Florida.

The pool was not available. That would be my only complaint. We had 3 kids in the car for 10 hours and they were really looking forward to swimming when we got there.

Nice super clean room, friendly and kind staff, excellent breakfast with great variety of foods. Even walking in the door it smelled fresh and clean. Such a nice experience. Marking this one for future visits!
