I visited Knoxville in a business trip for two weeks, before traveling, I called the hotel and asked them if I can pay my stay fees with cash and not with credit card (for business reasons) and they confirmed that I can pay with cash as soon as I arrive. After arriving, the receptionist at the front desk told me that if I wanted to pay with cash, I should pay at the end of my stay and they’d hold the amount of my stay on my credit card, and so I did (I was in a hurry). second day, The general manager named Trent was at the front desk and I explained him my situation and he was very understandable and cooperative with me, he released the amount he held on my card and accepted my cash, he also wrote me an official document stating that they released the amount as my bank got late deposing the amount back into my account (took 9-10 days). So regardless the stay cleanliness, great breakfast, and location, this hotel has a very open minded understandable general manager. would stay there again if I came back.

I told the front desk that I want the room service to do my room daily, but they didn’t consider it as they do it only when I tell them..

Very convenient to the interstate. Really comfortable beds and the front desk gentleman was very good at his job.

An orange chair in the room (#236) was filthy.I have no idea why they left it in there but it should be thrown out. It made the room look cheap. I will stay there again but if you want the high scores you have to stay on top of your game. Also no soap in the shower dispenser but again nothing major.

Location was perfect for us. Close to shopping and beautiful Farragut. The lady in the kitchen breakfast Diane I think does a great job keeping everything nice clean and tide. Breakfast is good basic but good. Real fruit , yogurt oatmeal eggs bread etc etc everything fresh. The internet is great.

The pool temp needs to be higher . My kids love to swim but didn't last because it was cool.

Hotel was very clean, had a fresh smell, and was very inviting. Welcome cookies at the front desk during check-in was a nice touch. The breakfast was pretty extensive and better than I anticipated.

Wish there were slippers in the hotel room. Also would like to suggest a luggage rack in the room.

Location and cleanliness were very good. Liked the variety of breakfast especially the croissant with ham and Gouda.

Coffee tasted burnt or stale at 6:30 AM Tried both regular and decaf.

Very clean and comfortable, great shower! Me and my husband came here for our mini honeymoon and it was well worth what we paid.

the pictures of the pool made it look much bigger, was expecting a bit more there.

There were many different breakfast options. The room were bigger than most rooms in the area. They even had my name on the tv to welcome me upon arrival to the room

The breakfast was great, the lady that worked the breakfast was alittle fragile maybe because it was a full house down there. But she did a great job keeping up with food and cleaning. Very helpful. The rooms where very clean and neat. We lost electricity 4 times during the night made it hard to watch TV but not your fault.... I would stay here again .. felt very comfortable here in all areas.

The staff were nice. They even gave you free waters and more than one. That’s a big deal for me haha. Most places charge $4 it was very clean and the bathrooms were super nice. They even had my name on the TV to welcome me when I arrived.

Only thing I would say is that it took a minute for my water to get nice and hot in the shower. Other than that it was amazing.

The cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable king bed

Not enough parking spaces Doors were a bit tricky at times to get into room. But I liked that they were heavy and secure.
