Aloft Knoxville West

Loved the walk in shower. Water pressure was great and the shower was roomy. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful! The room was decorated so cute! Hotel location was very convenient to shopping and food choices.

We were next to the cleaning staff closet and until around 6 pm we had to hear the door constantly banging and lots of chatter. But after 6 pm all was quiet. The bed was a bit too firm for our taste. We both woke up several times in the night trying to get comfortable and both had sore backs by morning. The room was a bit small in size but comfortable. Just wanted to make a note of that for any future travelers. TV volume was hard to hear. Not sure if it was the placement of the tv or the tv itself.

The location was perfect for us. They had a nice use of space in the common areas, cleanliness, staff, and grounds were nice.

Disregard with little wall coverings the level of noise that makes it into your room is way above average. The hotel was largely empty but we still had a lot of road and highway noise. They do provide earplugs and white noise machines but this is signs that they know it’s loud but aren’t taking any steps to fix the loud holistically. Also, as modern as this hotel was, it had an old and busted coin operated washer and drier.

I loved that the staff were so friendly! Devin, and the gentleman he was training (on night shift) were my favorite, and by far the most friendly and helpful guest I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel, suit, or “home away from home” if you will. I live in Knoxville and anytime I want to stay in a hotel here I’ll be staying at Aloft and anytime I go on vacation outside the state of TN I’ll try to find another “Aloft” location. I also loved the cleanliness, the pool tables, the gym, the outside heated pool and sitting area. I also thought it was so cool that they had a barbecue that Tuesday night, they had a DJ, cooked hamburgers for everyone, and you got 2 alcoholic beverages and they offered non-alcoholic beverages, and this was all at no charge to the guest. Even if your on a business trip and you worry the noise may have to had a function going on they have ear plugs and a noise machine to use while your getting some rest. If your staying in Knoxville, CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! Side note: The breakfast is NOT complimentary but they have good prices and even better food!

I wish The pool had been a little bit bigger and I wish the website would have posted a picture posted showing the true size of the pool.

Overall, great stay. Room was very comfortable (more so than another Aloft in another city where we've stayed). Very pet friendly, which made things so much easier. We were on an inside room so no highway noise.

This may be outside of the hotel's jurisdiction, perhaps, but the places to walk the dog were so full of trash it was horrible. I had to keep a close eye out for things that could hurt him. It would be great to have the properties do a trash clean-up regularly.

I have stayed at this property before and m My stay was so wonderful I booked this property again within a month. Besides phenomenal customer service, the cleanliness and the environment, the staff goes above and beyond. I lost my truck key in a grate.There was no one from the city possibly help me on a Friday afternoon .Zanetta the receptionist demeanor was very calm, She is amazing with her concern for her guests. The maintenance man, Ron, had a phenomenal idea to retrieve my key. He continued to attempt to assist me. My key was retrieved due to his in ingenuity There is also a receptionist there named fig. She is so welcoming and Knowledgeable. Kudos to the employees here at a Aloft Hotels!!! I would highly recommend making this choosing this stay when your Knoxville. Above and beyond to put it mildly

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Dogs were very welcome. Room was nice and clean. We were unexpectedly stranded due to a vehicle issue, and it was a big relief to find such a pet friendly hotel. They also have a washer and dryer, which came in handy.

The only bad thing about this hotel is its proximity to the highway. The windows don’t block it very well, so it was a little hard to sleep, even with my white noise on. It also made my dogs pretty anxious.

this hotel is so nice! the breakfast nook area is so great for eating take out and the bar area downstairs is such a neat hangout spot. the room was great and the bathroom was so nice.

we booked a king room, but we’re given a room with two queens even though we arrived 4 hours after the check in time. other than that, i have nothing negative to say. everything was wonderful!

I loved everything about the room. Bed was super comfy, I like the funky little details of the room, the bathroom was amazing and the staff was awesome.

Does need an updated shower head and a microwave in the room would be nice. Other than that, it was perfect and will be staying there again.

Great hotel. Staff are fantastic. There was a huge snow storm and they stayed at the hotel so they could make it into work. Amazing commitment from them and really friendly

Little noise from the freeway but not too bad

The staff was very friendly. Cute place with a pool that our 9 yo loved! Nice bar area as well. It was a little noisy since it is right on the highway, but it didn't bother us. Both my husband and I were able to take work calls and everyone on the other end could hear us just fine. It's a really good value.
