Comfort Suites Knoxville West - Farragut

For the price this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, new beds that were extremely comfortable, smelled nice, friendly staff and quiet. Way better than I expected for the price. I highly recommend if anyone is staying in the area.

Everything was very clean. The employees were exemplary. I would stay here again yes.

I liked everything.

I loved the comfortable bed, and for being right off the highway, it was SO quiet! We felt like we were the only people in the hotel. Also, very convenient to everything in farragut.

I was a bit skeptical when I arrived and walked into the lobby. There was a dirty, musty smell and the carpets were old and dated. Additionally, the pool, although clean-ish looked small and in need of repair. O don't know if I'd want to be barefoot on that poolside concrete.

Clean, good size rooms, pool was small, but indoors and open. Facility was undergoing renovation, but only parking lot during our stay, so no disruption. Many luggage carts were available. Close to Interstate with many restaurants in close proximity. Price was reasonable for amenities, room size, fridge and microwave in room (no freezer in fridge, but capable of close to freezing at upper rear).

Breakfast was ok, but limited offerings (1 waffle maker, OJ was oddly colored and flavored, only chocolate low fat milk and no plain low-fat or non-fat milk). Only 1 elevator. Entrance was a mad dash across major traffic without a light and included a large dip and rise which could cause problems for some lower vehicles (this might also be part of the renovation).

I initially chose this hotel for the hot tub for my husband to help ease the leg pain from driving for 12 hours—though he didn't use it because he was too tired...we liked the option. The warm breakfast was great!

There was a hair under a pillow and there was a visible stain on the white comforter near the foor of the bed that kinda gave an ick factor. I don't know if white comforters are good as it certainly reveals stained use. 🤷‍♀️ Apart from that, the bed was a bit too saggy for me but the one my kids slept on was good.

Great location and price for what was included. Beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean.

Initially I loved that the room floors were vinyl, but upon looking at our socks realized it wasn’t very clean. Breakfast options were limited. Because the room was a suite, it was very long to only have one smaller sized TV without a swivel to point in either direction.

The breakfast offerings were delicious and plentiful. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and fresh smelling. There were lots if plugs available for our family devices. Water was hot for every shower! The fold out bed was typical of a fold out bed, but the other beds were very comfortable.

Although it was not the fault of the hotel, the electric dropped 3 times, due to bad storms in the area and it took awhile for the wifi to be restored. They had to evacuate due to fire alarms. Fire department came.not sure why, although there was a guest who was smoking in the indoor pool area which may have been the reason for smoke alarms.

The staff was excellent, breakfast in the a.m. was good (more than a continental), the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Good value.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the interior common area was a bit dated. That was the only "negative". It wasn't a disrepair issue, just a bit dated.

It was Covid limited but nice that they still take care of us!

Everything! The staff were amazing! The Hostess was kind and was able to accommodate us for a one night stay in an additional room without notice. The housekeepers work very hard but they definitely need to hire more because I think it's just too much for the husband and wife. The breakfast was fine considering covid....my two sons liked the breakfast sandwiches as well as the danishes and the coffee was great! This hotel is very quiet, no loud partying and we loved the fact that it was non smoking. The pool was nice....just wish it was bigger....any more than 5 people and it's just way too crowded. The amenities were nice and the room was clean besides the bathroom.

The bathroom was a little dirty....urine around the base of the toilet and the tub surround needs scrubbed better and updated. There was also plaster coming off of the ceiling onto the bed.
