Sleep Inn & Suites West Knoxville

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Location was very convenient especially with Daddy Macs, Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Dougnuts, and so much more so close. Landscaping was being done out front and looked amazing by end of stay.

Refill coffee packs in room each day. Pool wasnt open, was planning to swim anyways. Not much to complain about here IMO. Was a wonderful stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning was nice and cold, I felt safe in the location, it was super quiet, and it was only a 10-minute drive to Neyland Stadium. The hotel rate was also much lower than any competing hotels near the UTK campus for our dates. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. There was long black hair on the towels and in the shower which makes me think they both were not clean. There was also a lot of dirt and dust around the bottom of the toilet. The room had an older, musty smell but the hotel is older so I excepted that. The smell wasn't bad and only noticeable when you first walk into the room.

It was in a convenient area and has a walkway to Cracker Barrel. The host was nice, the room was comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. It was what we needed for the evening after a long day of work. We were there on business

I couldn't get the AC to cool down as much as I would have liked it too,, although it did work.

Good breakfast, hot eggs and bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, milk,juice,coffee, fruit, yogurt and more. Good size room, and super location right beside two restaurants, Cracker Barrel and Dave Macs (bar and grill). Friendly staff, check in was flawless, and looks like new ownership will commit to more updates. Stayed here before and both were very positive.

Beds were a little hard and bathtub was extremely slick.

Breakfast was decent, bacon, eggs and waffles. Friendly lady serving breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Shower head was to low, toilet barely flushed a tissue down, so nothing major. You must ask for clean towels if stay is longer than a day. No ice on third floor, broken.

Breakfast was good. Hostess was great. She was the same person who checked us in the evening before. Give her a good raise!

We didn't like the bed. It was too soft. Also, the cover on top was too heavy. It took work to turn over in bed and both of us woke up with severe muscle cramps during the night.

The beds were wonderful! Everything was really clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was quiet in our room and we enjoyed that.

There was no hot water in the shower...barely got to luke warm. The sink had hot water, though. There was a power surge caused by the refrigerator. It would make a strange noise and cause the tv and microwave to blink off and back on. Someone on our floor started a trash can fire with a cigarette and we had to be evacuated until cleared by the fire department. This was no fault of the hotel, just an inconvenience. Thankfully there was no extreme emergency.

Bed was good. Overall convenient, allows pets, and is inexpensive.

The door to our room was very hard to open and looked like it had been pried at. The Room seemed very clean but we spilled some water by sink and when we used a towel to dry it was filthy. The floors are not carpet so should be clean.

The hotel is located conveniently off interstate and close to plenty of restaurants. The staff (front desk staff) was the sam person at check in and check out, he was very pleasant. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

The hallway carpet seems in need of vacuuming. The towel bin by the pool was full from the day before. The drywall in the room I stayed in wasn’t finished very well, lots of bumpy areas around the sink/mirror.

2nd overnight stay within 2 weeks. Location was easy on - easy off location. Cracker Barrel was next door - great breakfast. Online booking.com had a great rate. Brand new bathroom renovation was really nice. Grab & Go breakfast items provided at the front desk.

No Signage about picking up breakfast at Front Desk; I had to ask where it was when not found in Dining room.
