Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West

Very easy to get to - right off the highway. As close as it was, we really didn't hear the traffic and our room overlooked the highway.

Breakfast was from 6-9 am. We showed up at 8:30 and they were out of most of the hot breakfast items. When I asked if there would be more coming, I was told no - it ended in 30 minutes and they would not be restocking. Seriously??? Two other families arrived after us so more people were disappointed as well. There should be a better effort to have plenty of food during the time stated to accommodate guests.

The breakfast was wonderful. This hotel is directly across from the mall and close to many restaurants and I-40. we were 8 minutes from downtown and the Knoxville Convention Center.

The lobby and elevator needed a remodel because it looked old and dirty, and parts were broken on the elevator. Also, our room had a weird smell but not from cleaning products. We could also hear conversations from the adjacent room and their tv playing.

Room was very roomy and clean Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and could satisfy all tastes

I believe the facility is well maintained but showing age in some carpet locations and at the same time a paint do over would spiff up the overall countenance of an otherwise fine facility in a very propitious location.

The property was great! It was in a great location right across the street from the mall and the brand new HUGE dicks sporting goods and only about a 10 minute drive from the university of Tennessee The staff was really nice and helpful when we needed to check out a day earlier than originally planned

If I had to find something to gripe about it would be the properties WIFI connection was not great. But honestly we were only in our room at night time so the WiFi wasn’t a big deal at all

Available Tesla destination was main reason for staying here and it was available both days/nights of stay.

Air conditioner was a bit dated and loud. Ended up supercooling room and shutting off at night.

Large room with plenty of hot water! Room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable. Large night stands to accommodate breathing machine, two phones, cup of water and the remote!

Water pressure was lacking. Walking to the room from the elevator it smelled like a skunk had pissed in the hall. SMALL pillows!

Close to the interstate and a ton of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable

First room they gave us already had someone in it. Quickly moved us to another room

location, breakfast Wish I had gotten her name but thought I left something in room. Called 4/1/23 and spoke to the kinda young lady that called housekeeping and housekeeper that was working to find my item.

Wonderful stay! Staff was friendly and helpful!! Room was incredibly clean which is very appreciated these days. Large, comfortable room with very comfortable bed leading to a good night sleep. Good sized fridge and table. WiFi was fairly good. Nearby good places to eat and shop and very conveniently located just off the highway, very easy to get to and easy free parking. Great value for the price! Breakfast was good for Covid times.

Room was a bit dated decor, but in excellent shape with plenty of outlets and a nice updated TV, fridge and microwave. Walls are not the thickest so occasionally we could hear people on hallway, but it was not bad at all (4th floor room).

We travel a lot and other then the price per night being so high , EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME !!! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, NOT TO MENTION THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT !!!!!! We will definately be back. Thanks

THE COST FACTOR BECAUSE OF BEING A BALL GAME WEEKEND WAS WAY OVER PRICED, BUT THEY DID MAKE UP WITH GOOD QUALITY
