Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Knoxville at Cedar Bluff, TN

Staff , especially Krissy (Chrissy?) Was super nice!! The place was as clean as an older building can be. There is an indoor pool, the room was perfectly clean, no stains, hair, bugs, nothing wrong with it besides being a tad bit dated. Location was perfectly close to everything

The breakfast was not great but there was waffles , cereal, eggs, sausage, oranges, toast, juice ,coffee, and water, instant oatmeal. Beds weren't terrible but not the most comfortable either. There were places that needed new paint but it wasn't anything to complain about.

The room was clean. The staff were really nice. It’s not in the most beautiful location, but is very close to shopping and easy to get to.

I hate paying extra for my dog, especially when there is no designated area to walk her. OTOH, I was able to bring my dog, so that’s cool. More importantly, I noticed that there was a “handicapped” room (can we please update that to “accessible”?) room on the 3rd floor. If the room is on the 3rd floor, the room is not appropriate for people with mobility issues. In case of fire, how are people with disabilities supposed to get downstairs?

Overall the stay was great. When we checked in we were upgraded to a suite. The room included 2 TVs, a door that you could close to separate the bedroom from the "living room" , couch, chair, desk, and the normal refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot that are in most hotel rooms. My kids loved that they had free cookies at the front desk.

They do not have phones in the rooms which seems strange to me. You can't easy connect with the front desk, if needed. The pool was also extremely disappointing. There was a layer of "greasy" looking film on the top and the small hot tub or kiddie pool that is pictured is now cemented in.

The entire place was clean and spacious. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very polite and professional. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds were very cozy with fluffy pillows. Water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. We went to the indoor heated pool which was perfect temperature and the best way to end our day of driving. I gave it 9 out of 10 because my husband was disappointed they didn't have a whirlpool or hot tub. That was our only complaint! We will definitely stay there everytime we travel through! 😄

bed was good after I added my foam pad. The comforter was too thin. We asked for & got extra blankets.

The "handicapped" bathroom was NOT! Yes, there were grab bars in the shower, but no place to SIT in the shower. There was a chair in the BR, but it was much too wide to fit into the tub/shower. My daughter stood with me, outside the shower, for safety. I had called 2-3 weeks before our reservation & specifically asked if the shower was "Handicapped Accessible" & ADA compliant and was told "yes". NOT!

I felt right at home here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Love the convenient location near gas stations, shops and restaurants. Never had an issue finding a parking space. The gym was a great plus for me as well as the laundry facilities since I was there for a week. Had coffee first thing every morning at the free breakfast buffet. I'll be coming back here during my next visit and recommend this place to anyone else looking to stay in lovely Knoxville. 10/10

Everything went well except for my refrigerator.

The refrigerator did not work. I had medication that needed to be kept cold. I also had a foam box that I used while on the road to keep this medication cold. I put the medication in the foam box with cold packs while on the road. At the motel, I could not use the cold packs because they only stay cold a day or two. So in the motel, I used ice in drink cup, in the foam refrigerator box, and that worked. I left a note at the desk when I left that the refrigerator did not work.

The staff. I called ahead to make sure checking in would go smooth since we were traveling by car and hit quite a few traffic stops. we weren’t able to arrive until 2:45 am. Cody made sure our room was available for us and Charles checked us in quickly and smoothly when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I was able to transition my 4 year old from the car seat to the room seamlessly. really appreciate everyone’s help :)

there wasn’t anything to not like. we were in late and out early so I didn’t use the facilities but it was clean, safe and convenient. great price.

This was conveniently located from the airport. The staff was always very nice and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety, the only thing here is that all the sausage that you had was spicy but overall it was a good breakfast.

I was not aware that they were doing renovations on rooms above mine. It was a bit noisy at times but once I asked and was informed what was happening everything was okay. Also, the keys to my room did not work one day, however, this was easily fixed. There was one day that the towels were not replaced in the room but again the front desk staff was more than accommodating to help.

We left some property in our room and your staff went above and beyond to get us our property back it has a lot of sedimentary value. Thanks to all involved

Had a football camp that was there a few days and your staff was great but they destroyed the breakfast area limited food left for other guests and they were disrespectful to the coaching staff but your staff was great and friendly
